I've only had the unit for about a month now, but so far I am really happy with this unit. The delivery was smooth, they were very careful bringing it into the house, and did a great job! I really like how compact and quiet the unit is when running, we installed it in our closet and fit very nicely! the app feature to let me know when the loads are finished is pretty cool as well, but one of the main things that I really liked was not having to put laundry detergent in for every load like my old machine! So far the only downside is that it is very heavy! I don't plan on moving it, so not a big deal, but if you install it on a main level or upper floor, make sure your flooring can handle the weight. Again, I've only had it a month, but so far very happy with my purchase!

Even the delivery team educated me about the required washer pan for flood prevention, something my builder failed to explain. Best Buy truly lives up to its name ,simply the best! We love it… since we stoped at the store they were very helpful in telling us all the details of it. Delivery and installation was fast and we love the product, big capacity, does not consume a lot of energy and it’s beautiful.

Works great and looks even better. Love having the controls for a stacked unit that arent 7 feet in the air for the verticly challenged.

Love thos unit. The automatic soap dispenser makes it easy for the kids to do thier own laundry and all the control panels in the middle makes it easy for everyone to reach. Big enough to wash my king comforter. I love that the app notifies me when it is tip to flip

It’s not only beautiful but so efficient. I love the app that tells me when my loads are done and the lovely musical chimes. The variety of settings is perfect however my favorite is using the AI settings for both wash and dry. Further, I am very short so the middle settings bar is so easy for me to read and select

I absolutely love this combo washer/dryer!! Pros: narrow, deep (does fit king comforter), numerous washing settings, dryer settings are my favorite (Pet owner this is important to me), smart phone adaptable, quiet, huge space saver!!! Cons: No soaking option, can Not adjust doors according to your floor plan. Most front loading options allow you to adjust the door side you will need the door to open (left or right). You’ll want to look into this!!

We had a samsung stack and this one is much much better. The design is sleek and the controls are im the middle of the two (the previous stack had the dryer settings a bit high). Its efficient and quiet. No complaints and highly recommend!

We have been using it since July. It’s done completely full loads with no problems. The steam function is so-so, nothing earth shattering. But the unit doesn’t shake or make any loud noises when running. We have run both washer and dryer at the same time and there’s no issue. It’s been a fun piece to in our house. It’s very pretty and our friend group does not have stackable units at home so it’s really gotten everyone interested since it looks sleek and can really save a lot of space

Amazing setup. Has the capacity of our side by side units we replaced, all with a smaller footprint. Opened up more much needed floor space. The AI features for both the washer and dryer use less detergent and fabric softener. The AI feature also allows for shorter wash and dry cycles, meaning laundry gets done faster and no more wasted time waiting on a set time for wash and dry cycles.

Loving this stackable washer and dryer. It is not too loud and is very convenient. I like that I can use the app, and it notifies me when it has finished. The Steam option is a game changer. Features are easy to use, and I would recommend it.

Great washer and dryer combo. We like the stackable configuration which fits in our condo very well. It has all the features that my wife likes to do her laundry to perfection. Best Buy is great for removing all appliances and installing new ones especially with tight space constraints. Great job Best Buy team!

Purchased this tower to add to my AirBnB and it has been a nice addition. The "gamechanger" aspect of the unit is the fact that it has detergent reservoirs that pull the correct amount of detergent for each setting. This is perfect for rental guests as you're typically serving the lowest common denominator if you catch my drift. Would purchase again. And the unit is stunning to look at so I have it in a laundry closet without a door.

first time for a wash tower.I do like that it is one piece,love that it is quiet,very easy to use,love the color,black steel.so easy to adjust to ,and set up on phone,if you want to do that.wash cycles and dry cycles are easy to choose.Very Happy with our choice.

The washer/dryer is amazing. Works like a charm. Each component functions efficiently and does its job quickly. The controls are in the center between the two components which makes it easy to reach for both adults as well as kids that are old enough to help with the laundry.

This energy efficient washer & dryer stacks perfectly in my laundry room/bathroom space. I love the ability to use prefilled laundry detergent. My clothes are clean & fresh with each wash & dry without any issues. The touch screen located between washer & dryer are a great design feature.
