Works great and looks even better. Love having the controls for a stacked unit that arent 7 feet in the air for the verticly challenged.

We love it… since we stoped at the store they were very helpful in telling us all the details of it. Delivery and installation was fast and we love the product, big capacity, does not consume a lot of energy and it’s beautiful.

Incredible machine beautiful finishes easy directions

We have been using it since July. It’s done completely full loads with no problems. The steam function is so-so, nothing earth shattering. But the unit doesn’t shake or make any loud noises when running. We have run both washer and dryer at the same time and there’s no issue. It’s been a fun piece to in our house. It’s very pretty and our friend group does not have stackable units at home so it’s really gotten everyone interested since it looks sleek and can really save a lot of space

Amazing setup. Has the capacity of our side by side units we replaced, all with a smaller footprint. Opened up more much needed floor space. The AI features for both the washer and dryer use less detergent and fabric softener. The AI feature also allows for shorter wash and dry cycles, meaning laundry gets done faster and no more wasted time waiting on a set time for wash and dry cycles.

Loving this stackable washer and dryer. It is not too loud and is very convenient. I like that I can use the app, and it notifies me when it has finished. The Steam option is a game changer. Features are easy to use, and I would recommend it.

I absolutely love this combo washer/dryer!! Pros: narrow, deep (does fit king comforter), numerous washing settings, dryer settings are my favorite (Pet owner this is important to me), smart phone adaptable, quiet, huge space saver!!! Cons: No soaking option, can Not adjust doors according to your floor plan. Most front loading options allow you to adjust the door side you will need the door to open (left or right). You’ll want to look into this!!

We had a samsung stack and this one is much much better. The design is sleek and the controls are im the middle of the two (the previous stack had the dryer settings a bit high). Its efficient and quiet. No complaints and highly recommend!

first time for a wash tower.I do like that it is one piece,love that it is quiet,very easy to use,love the color,black steel.so easy to adjust to ,and set up on phone,if you want to do that.wash cycles and dry cycles are easy to choose.Very Happy with our choice.

Great washer and dryer combo. We like the stackable configuration which fits in our condo very well. It has all the features that my wife likes to do her laundry to perfection. Best Buy is great for removing all appliances and installing new ones especially with tight space constraints. Great job Best Buy team!

It’s not only beautiful but so efficient. I love the app that tells me when my loads are done and the lovely musical chimes. The variety of settings is perfect however my favorite is using the AI settings for both wash and dry. Further, I am very short so the middle settings bar is so easy for me to read and select

Perfect size for small family, really intuitive and I like that there are so many options to adjust for load size and type. Wasn’t sure I’d like the tower set-up but it’s great! Has everything that we need and more. Happy purchaser.

Purchased this tower to add to my AirBnB and it has been a nice addition. The "gamechanger" aspect of the unit is the fact that it has detergent reservoirs that pull the correct amount of detergent for each setting. This is perfect for rental guests as you're typically serving the lowest common denominator if you catch my drift. Would purchase again. And the unit is stunning to look at so I have it in a laundry closet without a door.

I replaced a washer and dryer set that was also LG and nearly 20 years old! I am enjoying the new LG Tower and the updated features. My only issue is how low the washer is to the floor. I am redoing my entire laundry room with custom cabinets, so I am lifting the tower on a platform 8" high.

I love my washer and dryer tower. Great size for tight spaces. I’m short so I love that the control panels are lower and accessible. Love the AI feature for washing and drying. My electric bill has decreased as well. We are very happy with the large capacity of the washer and is great for large wash loads. My only complaint is that it is not as quiet as the Maytag unit I had to replace which is why I gave an overall rating of four star.

Love thos unit. The automatic soap dispenser makes it easy for the kids to do thier own laundry and all the control panels in the middle makes it easy for everyone to reach. Big enough to wash my king comforter. I love that the app notifies me when it is tip to flip

Awesome stacked washer/dryer! We love it and all the options it comes with. It fits in our small washing area, despite the drums being full sized. We had a European-style small stacked washer/dryer before, but it fits! It does take quite a bit of energy, but I suppose that’s to be expected.

Amazing washer and dryer. I’ve never seen an electronic dryer dry so fast. Super energy efficient and love that it’s smart and sends me notifications to my phone and wash when cycles are done. Only con is that the app experience for LG has a very poor and confusing user experience

We have purchased LG washer & dryer back in 2006 and still worked fine but when we moved to a new house, we decided to utilize the space better and we saw this unit at Bestbuy and fell in love! The size, efficiency, interface with AI, the future is here~
