We love it and all the options it comes with. It fits in our small washing area, despite the drums being full sized. We had a European-style small stacked washer/dryer before, but it fits! It does take quite a bit of energy, but I suppose that’s to be expected.

Wasn’t sure I’d like the tower set-up but it’s great! Has everything that we need and more. Happy purchaser.

I’m short so I love that the control panels are lower and accessible. Love the AI feature for washing and drying. My electric bill has decreased as well. We are very happy with the large capacity of the washer and is great for large wash loads. My only complaint is that it is not as quiet as the Maytag unit I had to replace which is why I gave an overall rating of four star.

The size, efficiency, interface with AI, the future is here~

We had them for about 10 years. Really like LG products. Decided to replace them with the new washtower. So happy w did. Love everything about it.

The additional wash/dry modes helped nudge this machine over the others; the performance and convenience of the singular control panel were also key features. I've used the machine more than ten times and have been pleased with the AI fabric detection and automated detergent/softener dispenser. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a small space/stacked unit.

First the washer door is smashed when it is opened to install. We got a 2nd one but a part was missing. Third machine is installed and we started getting an error on drier. Called bestbuy and they gave LG number as it is under 1 year warranty. Called LG 3 times and they just drop the call after putting on hold for 30min. I am just in call with Jakerea from LG and she just dropped the call. I get so upset just seeing at the machine - we either get foul smell from the washer or a error msg on drier. LG cust service is horrible.
