We had to replace our old stacking LG washer and dryer. We had them for about 10 years. Really like LG products. Decided to replace them with the new washtower. So happy w did. Love everything about it.

We've had multiple wash systems over the year, this one is the best we've every owned!

I spent a good amount of time researching various manufacturers and models, and was pleased with this selection. The additional wash/dry modes helped nudge this machine over the others; the performance and convenience of the singular control panel were also key features. I've used the machine more than ten times and have been pleased with the AI fabric detection and automated detergent/softener dispenser. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a small space/stacked unit.

We bougth it on June 10th 2023 and had issues from day 1. First the washer door is smashed when it is opened to install. We got a 2nd one but a part was missing. Third machine is installed and we started getting an error on drier. Called bestbuy and they gave LG number as it is under 1 year warranty. Called LG 3 times and they just drop the call after putting on hold for 30min. I am just in call with Jakerea from LG and she just dropped the call. I get so upset just seeing at the machine - we either get foul smell from the washer or a error msg on drier. LG cust service is horrible.

Love the ability for the machine to hold enough detergent for multiple loads. Also appreciate the smaller profile of the unit. Overall easy to use.

The washer/dryer is amazing. Works like a charm. Each component functions efficiently and does its job quickly. The controls are in the center between the two components which makes it easy to reach for both adults as well as kids that are old enough to help with the laundry.

Really like the stackable set. Perfect if you have smaller space. Easy to use and very quiet. Was exactly what I was looking for.

absolutely love this unit! The fact that both washer and dryer are connected by a single head unit safe space and makes for a nice sleek interface.

Very happy. Unit was very easily set up. Definitely recommend for tighter quarters but also a good space saver.

Love how little space it takes up. Like being able to program how much detergent dispenses based on the load. Delivery and installers scratched the side so be careful moving it around.

This energy efficient washer & dryer stacks perfectly in my laundry room/bathroom space. I love the ability to use prefilled laundry detergent. My clothes are clean & fresh with each wash & dry without any issues. The touch screen located between washer & dryer are a great design feature.
