    This has AI built in it and at first I was skeptical but actually quite awesome to be able to just start washing or drying by pressing one button and it figures the rest out. Nice and compact compared to stacking. Can hold detergent for several uses.

    It’s very quiet and washes & drys very efficiently on AI feature as well as other cycles! Love the steam feature. The buttons in the middle is perfect for my short frame 5’3

    BROKE DOWN IN LESS THAN TWO MONTHS

    I paid over $2,000 for this combo washer/dryer just 55 days ago and IT IS ALREADY BROKEN. When you press the power button for the washer it does not turn on. Nothing. You can press your finger and hold it on the power button all you want, and it does nothing. The top half of the machine, the dryer, does still power on. But we can't do any laundry and now the dryer is useless as it is attached to the broken washer. Now I've got to figure out how to dispose of this huge piece of junk and go buy two new machines. Way to go LG, you should stick to making TVs. Extremely disappointing product. Do not buy one of these.

    Poor quality, I rejected it twice because the merchandise arrived damaged. I finally canceled the purchase because I had previously rejected another severely damaged model. The worst part is that Best Buy wants customers to make calls to coordinate delivery, explain why they rejected it, and deal with other departments. It took me over a month and several calls to get my money back from the cancellation.

    Set up is amazing and works great. Dryer works very well cloth come out dry not like others that always leave the cloth damp. Highly recommend unit.
