    Not as expected..... It stops drying when the clothing is still wet and you need to wait till it cools down to be able to turn on again. It smells terrible too and lint from clothing goes everywhere in dryer instead of in the filter ...

    We had two delivered and neither one worked. One was a replacement for the first unit. The dryer did not work on either. We had a home inspector come check and test the plug before the replacement was sent; the plug was "live," and the test showed that the washer/dryer was receiving electricity, so either mis-installed or faulty.

    The system was installed yesterday. The first time we used the dryer it gave an "error" message that there is a "Duct Blockage (80%)" "Check home exhaust system before using dryer." It took around an hour to schedule someone to come out and look at it--5 days from now with a 12 hour "window", and I have been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes. They also charged me $250 for a 5-year warranty when I did not purchase a warranty. I'm going to have to pay for another repair service. Save yourself the hassle, don't purchase through Best Buy.

Here are a few things you can try in the meantime: Ensure the duct leading from the dryer to the outside is clear of lint or debris. A clogged duct could trigger the blockage error. If the error persists even after clearing the duct, it might be worth trying a diagnostic reset. Unplug the dryer for about 1–2 minutes, then plug it back in to see if the error clears.
