We were told we would receive a refund. Approximately 30 days passed and I call customer service and I was told I would be contacted within 24 hrs. That was 1 month ago. I have still not received my refund.

Terrible Service at Best Buy

This was after re-arranging my day for 2/23. I cancelled my order and will never go to Best Buy again!

Very quiet, many different options for washing, can load big loads, drying unit also works great. I think it’s a perfect choice! Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Do it hard to bend over. The washer is low and difficult for me to retrieve things out of. I use a long reach grasper tool to do it. If your old and taller, consider getting the pedestal for this thing so it’s easier to teach into the washer drum. It lets me know when the stuff is done (if connected to the internet. I like that. But the app can “nag” you if it thinks you haven’t emptied it in a timely manner. But I really can complain about that. It’s a great reminder.

The top metal plate was all bent up and away from the machine. The delivery didn't do it because the box was fine, and I watched them remove it from the truck, so this was at the factory. We had some other LG appliances on the truck but just refused it all since I may now go with a different brand and it was a bundled package deal. General I like LG brand and have 3 LG OLED that love.
