    Delivery called the day before with window. Called the day off to confirm someone over 18 years of age will be their for delivery and reminded us to make sure their was a clear path. Great delivery team.

    DO NOT BUY from Best buy. They don't notify you that they're cancelling delivery. No call, no text, no email. Nothing! They just don't show up. We had to physically drive out to the store to speak with a manager, who made excuses. You can't even call the store branch to speak with an associate. The people you do get in contact with, you can't even understand what they're saying.

    Washer works great just make sure the installer hooks up hoses correctly to avoid leaks and proper hot/cold inputs. This model includes a plastic drum cover which should prevent rusting as experienced on prior models.

    It works. Fairly easy to use. The only issue is that we sometimes need to touch play multiple times to get the cycle to begin. Not a huge fan of the auto lock - since we often want to add in an additional item.
