    Much better than my old Whirlpool but not as good as my ten year old LG. Does not create as much motion as my other LG and makes sounds that my other LG does not. Maybe I should talk to LG about that.

    Best Buy service is trash. I purchased the washer and dryer as a set, they gave me an expected delivery date, which was a few days a way. When I went to schedule the delivery, there were no dates available for delivery. I called and they told me the items were not available and they did not have an expected date of when they would be restocked. This was after they took my money. They held my money for several days , they refunded the dryer and I was able to schedule a date for delivery for the washer. I had to Purchase a dryer from a different merchant paying delivery additional fees and higher price for the dryer, because they returned my money after the sales had ended for president days. I also had To purchase a dryer that did not match the washer I purchased . Also, the drivers who delivered the dryer were rude, just walked into my house. Didn’t say anything or ask where I wanted the dryer placed . I will not be purchasing from Best Buy again . This review is solely based off of my purchase and delivery experiences

  • No Hot Water

    I purchased this item in Feb. 2026. No hot or even medium warm water on Normal cycle. Repair service did not fix the issue. Could only get hot on Bedding cycle. Exchanged for new exact same model but the same issue. No hot or medium warm water on Normal. Warm on Quick Wash and Hot on Bedding only. I want a washer that provides at least med hot on Normal

This unit is an HE washer that optimizes energy use, making "Warm" and "Hot" settings feel cooler than older models. To achieve the highest temperature on your Normal cycle, please check the following: Ensure the hot and cold water hoses are not reversed at the back of the washer or the home valves. Ensure your home’s water heater is set to at least 120°F (49°C). If the water heater is too far from the laundry room, the washer may finish filling before the hot water reaches the unit.
