wife loves it...happy wife, happy life! quiet, efficient, easy to use large deep tub

I like this washer a lot. It seems to be effective and is much quieter than our old GE. We chose this model as it is slightly easier to reach the bottom of the tub compared to the 5.5 cubic foot model. Why 4 stars? There is no soak cycle and I can’t find a reason why. To get a soak we start a cycle, then turn the washer off and turn it back on with a delay cycle.

Love my new LG washer. Love the modern design with the glass top. Easy to navigate the control panel. Super quiet and efficient I’m a new customer of LG products, so far loving it!

It’s been 3 weeks , so far I love this LG washer . It is exactly what I wanted . Simple to use , big enough to wash king size comforter. It was delivered as a set . Delivery was on time, they set me up and took the old appliances in less than an hour!!! Thank you Best Buy’s for the outstanding customer care. And Thank you LG for a great product

Ill start by saying Best Buy was phenomenal to work with and allowed us to exchange this machine to something we now love. Highly recommend Best Buy. We’ve had a front load washer for many years but wanted to try a top load. That was a mistake for our family. The problems started with an unbalanced load error on a pretty normal load of clothes. The next few loads didnt seem to work correctly either when the spin cycle would remain on 1 minute left for several minutes. I would shut the machine down after 5 minutes of spinning with 1 minute left. I unplugged and reset the washer. That fixed one problem but overall we didn’t feel like the clothes were agitated well enough and not nearly enough water was used. The clothes honestly didnt come out as clean as we’re used to. I would hesitate to wash absolutely anything bulky as I just dont get how this technology can tumble and clean thoroughly. I watched an entire cycle and the stuff on top barely made it under the water before the spin cycle started. If you can, watch some loads before purchasing and make your own choice. As I said, Best Buy brought us a front loader I picked out in exchange and we’re happy as can be now. We exchanged LG for LG with similar options. Awesome machine and very quiet. I recommend LG and Best Buy, just not top load washers.

This LG washer is quiet, perfect size, I dont need a step stool to reach into the bottom and it looks great in my laundry room!

Easy to use, not noisy compared to my front loading machine that was replaced. Clothes seem clean and fits a ton of clothes or blankets comforters. Simple design and interface. Not the most aesthetic looking washing machine but it gets the job done.

I love this washer. It’s so quiet and I love the smart features that text me when the load is ready for the dryer. The remote feature is so convenient when you are super busy. Great purchase and I’ve been waiting for this for a very long time!

So far so good. This LG washer replaced our previous LG large capacity washer that lasted 10 years. A family of 8 has quite a bit of laundry and we were very pleased with the last LG washer. Our old LG dryer still works so no need to replace it yet. Seems like this washer is very similar to what we had so we are hopeful this one will make it to or beyond 10 years with no issues. Less cycle options but honestly these computer driven washers seem to know what the clothes need. And I simply smile every time the song plays to alert me to a completed cycle ☺️

This machine is super quiet, I had to keep checking on it to confirm it was washing. I like the large capacity drum, it can easily accommodate a queen/king size comforter. However, the first time I washed my comforter, I had to run the cycle several times and the washer got stuck on spin for about 30 minutes. The app is helpful to keep track of the time left, but I noticed that counts are off often.

I have only had washer for a few weeks now and it is easy to use and gets clothes and blankets very clean. Holds a decent amount of laundry and is very efficient, I would and will recommend to family and friends.

It is a delight! quiet, clothes are clean, loading & unloading is definitely easier - even with its increased capacity over our old machine and - it fits in the same space.

Great washer so far! Looks nice, cleans well and the size is great too. Like the app with notifications, it helps remind you have clothes in the washer. First LG washer so if this continues to operate well next will be a purchase of a LG dryer

The design of this washing machine makes it very easy to reach the clothing, compared to the last brand that I had where it was difficult for me to reach. It is easy to operate and works well.

Washer has plenty of room for a large load, is more quiet than our previous Samsung model. Hoping to see better energy efficiency with this new model as well.
