    Had it for a few weeks , it's been a game changer. The unit is subtle when washing hardly makes any noise and is super simple to use. Not including the fact that the app makes it super easy to make notifications pop up for when the load is done and easily make pre-made settings for other modes!

    DO NOT BUY from Best buy. They don't notify you that they're cancelling delivery. No call, no text, no email. Nothing! They just don't show up. We had to physically drive out to the store to speak with a manager, who made excuses. You can't even call the store branch to speak with an associate. The people you do get in contact with, you can't even understand what they're saying.

    Christian was very knowledgeable on explaining the pros of this LG washing machine. He even showed the reviews that people sent to his cell. They seem to recommend it. We liked this simple design and easy buttons to press. The drum wasn’t too deep for this senior to reach into. The price was reasonable but we added the 3 year warranty.

    Love it! I have always had a washer with agitator and was a bit reluctant to purchade one without faring my clothes would not be as clean. This washer is great and cleans better than the old one with an agitator!
