    Not what we expected. After doing some research and looking at several models in several different stores we decided on the LG. The price at Best Buy was fantastic but the washer fell short. The impeller design did not give much movement to clothes during the wash cycle. The auto water depth sensor left us wanting more water. We had to use deep fill on most cycles wasting water at that point. Best Buy did honor our customer guarantee and is replacing the LG with a different washer. This 1 with an agitator and water level selection controls. Best Buy with best price and great customer service made the experience although not so good, better in the end.

    It works. Fairly easy to use. The only issue is that we sometimes need to touch play multiple times to get the cycle to begin. Not a huge fan of the auto lock - since we often want to add in an additional item.

    This is the only washer that does not shake like crazy when washing heavy bedding material. Our previous two top load washers would go into a repeated rinse and spin cycles many times. This washer has shorter washing time too.
