    Had issues first time washing, but was immediately fixed when geek club called out for repair. Found out that the initial delivery service tech. Didn't turn the cold water on so washer was did not spin completely. Now that's being fixed, I love my top load washer. Love it, so stylish also

    Washer is great! Really easy to unload. I can actually reach the bottom without a stool. Only issue Ive had is the occasional load unbalance and you need to use Tide or detergent will leak onto your clean clothes. It also spins so your laundry dries in half the time.

    I'm happy I chose this LG washer. It doesn't get out of balance as my previous 7yr old washer did. The 5.0 holds my king comforter with it's larger sized tub. Clothing is easily retrieved unlike other large tubs. I can't believe how quiet it is. Thanks LG and Best Buy.

    I'm now on my 3rd LG washer in around 20 years. I replaced my old LG washer with this one after the old one broke down after 10 years or so in service. The new LG is clearly made more cheaply. There are less of the useful wash settings than the old one had, and there is more plastic and less metal, but so far it has been a decent replacement for what was a brilliant washer.
