Love the new washer with a very sleek design. Washes great and not as deep inside as our previous LG 5.0 which is a plus for my wife. It's very quiet and the price was right on sale.

so far so good. i got this after my whirlpool broke after 3 years. this has washed everything great so far. its easy to use. i like that it has a bedding cycle because it doesnt spin as rapid. it also has a turbospin which is nice for my gym clothes.

The product was easy and quick to operate the tub itself was big enough for all our heavy washing needs. The knobs were very specific for its function, so you do not make any mistake in the operation.

Does a great job washing. My only complaint is I haven't found a way to save settings. For normal wash I always have to change the temperature back to cold.

Our Samsung washer which we bought 4 years ago could not be repaired. This LG is fabulous. Were cannot believe how much cleaner our clothes etc., appear as well as being washed in a much shorter time. The Samsung constantly damaged our clothes and towels. We love this new LG and highly recommend it.

Installation was quick and easy! The service guys were really efficient with getting the unit set up, as well. We have now been using the product for about 3 months now, and we really enjoy the app features to have various types of wash cycles that can be selected (beyond what is already on the touch pad).

Works really well so far. Pretty quiet and nice and deep without an agitator. The installation crew was quick and professional as well. Try and pick it up on sale. I would not pay full price. Interested to see what the AI mode does.

Replaced a front loading Samsung with this washer. This dos such a better job of cleaning. The cloths just smell so much nicer. We really like it and the price is right also.

I am loving it! Who would think doing laundry could be fun Still trying to get all the different wash cycles figured out. Very pleased with the purchase!

Very quiet washer love it!!! high recommend very happy with it.

Despite being a well-made LG top-loading washer that has never been moved around, this machine failed to clean our clothes effectively due to the absence of an agitator. This was quite disappointing, especially since we need to keep large king-size bedspreads and plenty of queen-size sheets thoroughly cleaned. My first frustration was with the dark glass lid, which made it necessary to use a flashlight just to see the too gentle agitation inside, even when using the HEAVY DUTY, DEEP FILL, and EXTRA RINSE settings. One portion of the bedspread never even submerged in the water, despite the tub being filled to capacity. Without proper agitation of all parts of the laundry, cleanliness is compromised. I then tested the washer with a jacket, a pair of jogging pants featuring a white lining, and a towel stained with dirt. The dirt around the ankle of the jogging pants’ lining wasn’t properly cleaned, as that leg never stayed submerged under water long enough. To be fair, I hand-washed this spot by applying detergent and rubbing it gently with my fingers at the kitchen sink after the load finished, and the stain came out easily. This proved that the washer simply wasn’t cleaning the items well, making it a waste of water. The towel also retained dirty patches. Frustrated, I decided immediately to head to Best Buy for a replacement washer equipped with a traditional agitator. The exchange process was straightforward, yet I have not received the replacement machine yet ~ scheduled to arrive in three days. I ordered the LG WIT6105SCW top-loading model, hoping it will meet my cleaning needs. This model has a clear glass lid, allowing me to watch the washing process without needing extra light. While I was eager to appreciate this impeller washer, especially because I enjoyed using the LG app ~ which won’t be compatible with the new machine ~ my personal experience has led me to prefer the replacement model. Although many users seem satisfied with agitator-free washers, this one did not suit my requirements.

This washer is probably the best we’ve had. Clothes are left clean, it’s a quiet wash and it’s very easy to use.
