This product is excellent, and I would buy it again and recommend it to others. You can put a lot of clothes in there to cut down on how many loads you do.

We are very please with our new washer. you can do much bigger loads, clothes come out almost dry when cycle is done. very pleased with the washer.

It is not intuitive as to setting the cycle for wash. No one mentioned the location of the drain hose on the bck of the washer, so the installers had to install it a particular way to reach the wash tub, where it drains, and the next day, I had to go to Menard's to get an extension. Of course, then, when I could move it to where it belongs, I had to level it again, which is not easy. It also got out of balance on just the 3rd load.

Have had the washer only a few days, but so far it has performed well. A little bit of a learning curve so far for us but am confident we will figure out what setting to use. It's very quiet and nice looking.

Overall, this is a great washer. One thing I don't like is the power on and start buttons are awkward. You have to press them repeatedly before they work.

Washer seems fine so far. Delivery workers did not include all parts when they delivered. They removed the foam insert that is one of the first things the user manual says to keep. This is important to have to move the machine in the future. Should be easy to resolve, right? Best Buy could not contact the delivery workers the same day to circle back and drop off the part. They also couldn’t figure out the right department to handle this. Finally someone said oh yeah they keep them for the open box sales. They offered to deliver to me. What they delivered were not foam? I give up. Also, a word of caution to watch the delivery / haul away workers very closely. They tried to run off with some valves that were attached to my old machine that they were hauling away. When I told them not to they questioned me and were difficult. They did finally return the parts.

I love my washer. It’s quiet and seems to do an excellent job of cleaning. I like the connect ability to my cell phone so I won’t forget to dry the load when finished washing.

The first week of ownership has been positive; it has done a great job of cleaning everything from towels to bedding to dirty clothes. I am concerned over the longevity of my new machine as the top part of the machine, when you lift the cover, is made of plastic as is the bottom part internally. These same parts were made of metal in my previous LG Washer.

Very happy with the washer. Easy to load. and unloading is a breeze. Do not have to step on tip toes to remove clothes. Easy set set controls as well.
