Even after Best Buy could not undo one of the hoses from the faucet ,we had to call in a plumber who undid the hose and installed it while he was here. This LG washing machine is state of the art ,with load sensing, load balancing, no agitator, direct drive ( NO BELT TO BREAK!) water need sensing, ( you can elect to add more water via a button on the front panel ) Also includes a digital countdown on the front panel to inform you of how much time is left til it is done. My wife says it does a great job of cleaning, rinsing, and spinning most all of the water out of our wash loads! It also has an app. in which you can remotely operate the machine from your phone,etc. but I have not installed that yet. We are quite pleased with our new washing machine ! Oh it IS ENERGY STAR EFFICIENT

Didn’t want to buy a new washer but old one quit and I had no choice after a couple of weeks of research we settled on this one! Best Buy guy was great and very helpful have had it for awhile now and it works wonderful! If I had to complain it would be that I’m short and this washer is a large captivity ( which I love) but sometimes I have to stand On my tippy ties to get the last sock or was cloth! My husband says he is going to get me a step stool! LOL! Great washer good choice!

So far this washer has bean great. I bought it almost a month ago and at first I thought it might be to big but it only uses enough water to match the load that is in it. I had a maytag front loader for a long time, but I am glad I went with this top loader plus my cloths I think come out cleaner and less wrinkeled up and its easy to use.

I love my washer. I wanted to give it time before I did a review, so I could really give an honest opinion. I have had no problems with this washer. It is easy to use and no louder than my other washer was. So far all stains have been removed with no problem. I like that it has multiple settings for me to choose from that make it easy to do the laundry (or others in the household to figure out). The turbo wash is very effective, but it also has the water plus button that adds a little more water to the wash if you need it.

In love with it. Top load is great, washing clothes well. Plenty of room. Quiet. Features are awesome. Highly recommend.

This product is very well done in every aspect, ease of use, quality appearance of the design. The control panel is well thought out, very intuitive and easy to clean. Probably over estimated the need for the 5.0 cubic capacity for regular wash loads for 2 people, but it is nice to have the larger washer when and if you need it. The graphite steel color is nice also.

Our first agitator-free washer and we love it. Cleans as it should, and the spin cycle gets the clothes so much drier than our old washer, that it requires much less time in the dryer. That's a win-win. Best Buy's delivery and installation crew were in and out in 20 minutes, after making sure everything was working properly! Excellent all around.

5 star and 2 thumbs up! Love, love, love this washine machine. Very quiet, easy to operate and best of all has multiple spin cycle options. When set on high the clothes come out well drained and almost dry so you don't have to put them in the dryer for so long, saving electric.

We have had this washer for about a month and have done about 50 loads of laundry so far. So far, we really like the washer. The grey color is sleek and elegant. The tub is deep for a short person to use, but this particular model was the best full-size model I could find - other washers had deeper tubs that were out of the question for me. The controls for the washer are easy to use once you have read the manual and experimented a bit with the settings. The clothes come out clean in good condition whether the load is small, large, in between, heavily soiled, delicate, etc. The only thing I don't like so much is that the cups for the detergent and softener need to be wiped out frequently to keep them dry, but I am getting used to making this part of my routine, just as I wipe out the lint filter on the dryer each time. All in all, I am pleased with the purchase at this point and would recommend this model.

This washer is great. We chose it due to its compact size relative to others in its class. I was worried about having a washer without an agitator, but honestly i've smelled each batch of clothes hunting for a sign things weren't getting clean, and I've found nothing! Everything is coming out nice and clean. The wifi feature and app work great cuz I hate going downstairs too early to switch the cycle.
