I really couldn't have made a better choice of washing machines. Fits perfectly and is so easy to use, PLUS the results have been perfect. Just wanted to mention that the delivery by Best Buy was excellent.

Purchased this LG Washer to replace an old Sears washer which was not working well. So far I'm please with the performance of this LG Washer. The spin cycle removes most of the moisture from the clothes so it dries faster in the dryer. I like it when it notifies me when the wash session is done.

Very noisy spin mode. Does excellent job of cleaning.

So far, so good. My wife has done one wash in the machine and it turned out very good. The only hitch we had was that the instruction manual was missing pages 3 thru 18. our salesman at our Best Buy was of little help, and we are waiting for a complete manual from LG. They did email a pdf to us.

I like the WiFi aspect that notifies me when the washing is done. I have tried all the cycles and they are all good. My concern was the small containers for the soap and the fabric softener but I have learnt that I don’t need that much soap for the washing because it washes well even with the small soap.

We have had our washer for over a year and we still absolutely love it! We love that the app is so easy to use and gives you constant feedback from the washer! My water bill has gone down and my clothes are so much cleaner!

I love this washer. I switched from a font loader that I didn’t like. It hurt my back taking clothes out of it & into the front load dryer. Plus you had to leave the door open or it would smell. I like everything about this top load washer. Only little complaint is when the water releases out it a little loud.

I'm very happy with this machine. It doesn't have as many cycles as my old machine that broke (different brand) but the model with similar cycles was on backorder. I don't regret buying this one at all. I haven't had any of the problems others have had.

It works good, but I would have preferred one with the center agitator. I feel like this one does not use enough water to get your clothes clean.

I recommend this LG washer and dryer combo. They got great reviews when I was researching, and now I can confirm those good reviews myself. Washer sets dryer's modes based on its cycles and load size. My wife likes that it has an app to tell status and when complete.

Works well even for the waterproof mattress cover.

LG always seems to be great tech and easy to use..

Cleans great. I love how you can hook it up Wi-Fi and track your wash cycle. When it’s done it will notify you to put in dryer. Works and cleans great. Love the sensor that determines the amount of water to use. Looks really nice in my garage.

Washer seems to be off balance when washing heavier items like a blanket. Still trying to figure out cycles. Also wish turbo wash feature would function on coke water cycles (only functions on warm water cycle). Otherwise pleased with product.

The washing machine so far does everything we required, and does it well. It is easy to program and performs flawlessly. The reason for one star reduction is the men delivering and setting up the washer managed to hook up the cold/hot water hoses wrong. I had to personally pull the washer out and fix their mistake.

The novelty of no agitator standing up the center wears off quickly as you find how easy loading and unloading becomes. This is the replacement for a 20 year old Maytag, and I'm hoping it lasts as long. Be sure to follow the instructions on how to set up a wifi connection to the dryer.
