Great washer like most LG products well made and doesn’t disappoint. Used everyday since Aug 2020 with no issues. All cycles used. Auto senses amount of water to be used and never leaves clothes soapy but never over uses water, I have the clear lid.

I am very happy with my new LG Hign-Efficiency washer. The TurboWash3D technology is far advanced from my presious washer. It's taken a little getting used to operating it, but it gotten better with each use. I would recommend it to family and friends.

We are happy after 4 washings but on small loads we have to add more water. The clothes on top seem to stay on top and not get covered with water. The operating instructions seem somewhat confusing. Quality seems very good. At this point would buy again.

So far I love it. I don’t know if the washer itself is leaking or if it’s something else there has been water on the floor twice since I got it but it’s only leaked twice so I really think it’s something else I. Have used it a lot more than twice

Love my new washer. It's so quiet compared to my old washer.

This is a great washing machine. Very spacious and washes quickly. If you don't have a full load it does not take anywhere near an hour to wash on normal cycle. I've done smaller loads in less than 40 minutes. Great cycle options for all kinds of stuff.

Remote start is great and the viewable tub is better than some movies. We love it. The wash now something I like to do and watch

Home Depot, Lowes and even Appliance Direct all said they couldn’t get me a washer for weeks and even then it wasn’t a guaranteed date. Ordered my washer on line and it was ready for pick up in 2 days! Thank you Best Buy. Easy ordering, easy pick up and no hassle waiting.

I've been using to for a couple of months, it works good, it saves water, it moves a lot when it spins, you can connected to the internet and you receive notifications when the washer is done. you have to download the instructions because they don't come with the papers on the washer.

SO far so good. We have had this appliance for less than a month, but it has done a really good job so far. The WIFI capabilities are very nice, as well as the slight chime to let you know its done. The time it takes to wash a cycle is very fast.

So far it’s great, various options. I haven’t connected to my smart phone to use the other functions. It also senses the weight of the load and reduces wash time so it’s very energy efficient.

I will give five star rating for the LG washing machine. It’s very quiet and clothes are super cleaned after the wash. Installation service was good too. Remote start is cool feature

Great washer! Washes clothes and towels well. Seems really efficient without using a ton of water. Much better than my old washer. Got the matching dryer about a month later and it’s been great as well.

I love my new washer. The only part I don’t like about it, is it doesn’t have the faucet I wanted in my washer. But that’s it. It cleans your clothes great. Has several options to choose from for washing. Overall I wouldn’t trade it for anything else.

Yes I am liking this washing machine better everyday. It seems that i picked the right one. I just wish that I got the Labor Day Price Deal. I did buy it but didn't receive it until the 16th of August (Just a few weeks from Labor Day) Thanks.

This washer was the worst washer I have ever purchased. It does not wash your clothes at all. It leaves a white residue on the clothes and none of the clothes rotate. The clothes stay in the same spot the hold time they are washing. The clothes at the top don't even be completely submerged in the water and you have to keep pausing the machine to add water so that it is enough water in the tub. I am returning this LG for a Maytag with an agitator. The one positive thing about this LG is that it has a hugh tub and you can put a lot of clothes in at one time or a queen comforter and still have room. But, if it doesn't clean the clothes the big tub is useless.

So far so good. It has several functions not tested yet. The most important part will be reliability and longevity. Our old one (another brand) was performing for about 30 years! Almost positive that modern appliances (even though with more advanced technology) will not last this long....

Had it for a few months and so far so good. Was a slight learning curve but nothing too difficult. Need to check my water bill to see if I notice less usage. We will see in 5 to 10 years if the investment is worth it.
