Our old freezer in the garage gave out and we needed a new one. It took two days before we realized it was dead and then had to move fast to save any of the food. Our new freezer has a little blue light in front indicating that it is on. Each time I walk by I see the blue light and know the freezer is working properfly.

The see-through top makes it easy to see how the wash is progressing. I like getting the reminders on my phone that the laundry has finished. Also, the end-of-cycle sound is SO much more pleasant than previous ones we have had (it doesn't scare the dog!).

I am thrilled to have this washer. The reviews were very helpful. Wasn’t sure it would fit in my 32in deep laundry closet but it did with room to spare. Best Buy Geek Squad who installed it were excellent. Everything is working as advertised, love it.

Honestly it’s a great washer, it does it job but I only give it 3 stars because since the beginning it releases a bad sewage smell. I clean it every month at least 2 times a month and the smell will go away for a few days and then come right back. Not sure what to do. But I do want to mention that my clothes doesn’t smell bad (Thank God) it’s only when it’s just there empty and I always leave the lid open when not in use so it can air out . If anyone has recommendations on how to get rid of the smell for good, thanks :)

WE love this washer! Among the many features, we love the "self-balancing". When this machine begins to go out of balance with the loud, painful racket, it fixes itself. No need to hurry to it to balance the clothes in the tub. Fantastic1

Wouldn't own anything but an LG. I bought this set about 13 years ago and moved from Florida. I wanted a new washer and dryer and loved this set so I bought the newer version. The speed wash is perfect for every load and doesn't use a lot of water!

I love my washer! Only two things that I would prefer. A light and the liquid soap dispenser is in an awkward place to fill. But it's just a little inconvenient but not a major issue.

Good washer. Good capacity. Fits a lot of clothes.

Our Samsung could not be repaired as they stopped making parts for the repair. It was under Geek Squad Insurance. So Best Buy gave us a pro rated credit to go and pick out a new washer at the store and pay the difference. L.G. has a good rating and so far so good.

The appliances work very well and I have not had any issues what’s so ever. The guys that delivered the appliances were extremely friendly and was glad they were the guys helping me out. So far first good impression with you guys! Appreciate the hard work!

We needed new washer due to existing one dead. Best Buy able to install in less than 5 days. Other "local" store could not get to for over 2 weeks. Install guys were great and met our expectations with removal and set up.

Overall, I like the machine. Once in awhile, especially on darker fabrics, there will be a little lint-type residue, as others have mentioned. It can usually just be rubbed off. The installer mentioned using quite a bit less HE detergent than it even recommends on the bottle, which I've tried to do.

We tried Maytag and Whirlpool. Disliked both. We've usually had luck with LG so we decided to take a chance and order this model without actually seeing it. The delivery guys were great. Its now a few months later and we still love it!!

LG has great brand capital for white goods / washers and dryers. The WT7300 is a great value as the price reflects a discontinued model year / product. No complaints. No issues.

Prior owner of LG washer which lasted for years with no issues. Purchased as remodeling upgrade. I love all the updated features, safety glass lid- no more forgot to empty load moments. Easy to use control panel, quite operation. Highly recommend.

Great washer. My recommendation is to connect a device to wifi and download additional washing options to this washer so that you open up more options to your washer.

So far so good! I like the window into my clothes washing to see how soapy they're getting through the clear glass top. Also the delivery people were awesome. Hooked it up perfectly. Smooth touch buttons and seems to be good quality,

Like the quality of the machine and the job it does. Only one issue noted, the tub is deep and my wife has difficulty emptying finished wash loads. Now I'm doing more laundry. :)

My wife and I purchased a new washer and wine refrigerator from an extremely knowledgeable yet considerate woman. She was around when we needed help and no where to be found when we didn't. A true professional who made the experience very positive.

Pro: -I have not experienced any streaks of detergent with either liquid or powder. -auto balances so the machine never shakes more than 1/2 a min -quick wash cycle Con: App is useless except to program the washer to wash at a specific time.
