Only had it for a few days but this machine is extremely efficient. Its ability to properly measure loads and only use the time that is needed to wash depending on load size makes each washing cycle a different amount of time. So far, really love this machine.

This washer is amazing!! I love that there is an app that will tell me when the load is done. Sure, the loads take a long time (around and hour avg) but I can fit 2-3 of my normal loads in one load so it really is less time. The clothes come out very clean too!

Overall a excellent washer. Only negative so far(1 month) is that the washer does not seem to have a soak cycle where clothes can be left to soak for lengthy periods of time. Machine empties automatically after a set time cycle

The product is great. Enjoy smart alerts to phone. But be wary of third party delivery that may cause damage to your home. They did to mine and it has been a royal pain to get settled. I will not buy major appliances from a big box retailer again.

Our new LG Washer is amazing. It’s big drum let’s me do bigger loads of clothes so I can wash less often. All the controls are set so I don’t have to be pushing lots of different buttons. Very pleased with our purchase.

This washer has a lot of features that were new to me. The balance sensor and the WiFi capability are my favorite. Allows you to not overwork the machine and the WiFi allows you to stop and start the washing load. Overall excellent price and product

It is a very nice and well constructed piece of equipment. Just hoping due to the fact that it's all electronic we have no issues with it. That is my only concern other than that we're just starting to really learn more about it.

I've had this washer about a month now and haven't had any issues. I like all the different settings and the app has additional settings you can incorporate.

My wife and I really like our new washer. It definitely blows our old front loader out of our house. Has the features my wife wanted or needed in a washer. I am appreciative of having fresh smelling clothes again. My only complaint would be the tones. You can't change tones or their volume.

I’ve had the LG washer for a few weeks. I love it! I like the deep wash option, which uses adequate water to wash our clothes. My old washer only had the he low water option. I also like that I can add items after I hit start. I like the see through lid.

I really love the larger drum without the center oscillator. I like the glass top to see how my clothes are actually getting cleaned. I like the detergent drawer and the digital technology, with timer countdowns and alert options. Really happy with our purchase.

We just moved and this is the second time I've bought this washer. We had to leave the other in the house we sold, but I love it. Nice that you can see through the lid and also stop and add more to it if you forgot to throw something in!! :)

We are very happy with our LG washer. It gets clothes very clean while using less water. There is enough water to do the job well. Our old washer was a whirlpool and we hated it, it didn’t use enough water to get the clothes wet. But the LG does a great job.

Great washer! This is my 2nd LG washing machine (the 1st is in a previous house) and I've found the brand to offer high quality at a reasonable price. Plus it's a sleek design and looks great in my laundry room.

Very good dishwasher I had older version from 10 years ago and like it enough to stick with newer version. I work on all my own appliances once they go out of warranty this one is built pretty well.

The gray is just beautiful, and it functions great , but after 4 months the computer module stopped working where it played tunes when washer was done with spin cycle so a person has to call LG for a technician.

Had a Kenmore for over 20 years and it was hard to replace because of its durability. But it was time to replace it, and this machine was an excellent replacement. It's quiet and automatically senses the amount of water needed for your load. Love this washer.

My Previous washer was Samsung and it would leak on bedding mode and would constantly stop drain water and refill whenever I would wash 3 towels. But now using this LG washer I am in love! I would never stray from LG again!

This is a well built machine and does a lot of things. I don't know if I will use them all but I just got it so you never know. I was especially happy with the deliver and set up. They were very professional and took the time to explain the start up.
