My wife was tired of the smell our front load washer was putting off and of the constant bending over in our already small laundry room. This set fits perfectly and the room we get from not having a door swinging in front of the washer is perfect

This is my first HE type washer. The clothes are very clean. I sometimes wonder how it comes out so clean, especially since the it is very frugal on water, and the clothes are not fully submerged. Wash time is longer than the agitator model I had before.

So far I have no complaints. However, I wish I had reached into the machine before I purchased it. I am a little short and have to stand on my toes to reach the clothes in the bottom of the tub.

Replaced a 6 year old Maytag. Options for short cycles saves time and cleans just as effective. Wifi is great for remote access, another time saver. So far so good.

Really really good washing machine! I just wish there were more features on the actual machine instead of having to download the app and do it from your phone to get more. But great for someone who loves techy stuff.

So far after 2 months all good. Excepted when you wash the king size comforter with the bedding mode, it sometime gives you an error. Just have to open up and move the comforter around and start again. Great WiFi with app on your phone to notify you with cycle complete and error.

Just what we family of 5 needed. Had a GE previously which which malfunctioned after 3 yrs! This one is quite, has an app to notify when the load is done or we can delay start. Feels like we finally are in the 21st century

Love LG products have not used it but it’s sleak looking a little taller than my old machine and a little narrower. Has every option to clean almost anything and fits a king size comforter without stuffing the machine.

This washing machine is great! Huge washing chamber with many bells and whistles. ThinQ app ties in and allows you to download additional was cycles if needed. Also alerts when completed.

I've replaced the old washing machine with this. It is great. Some top loader washer has some trouble with washing a big garment like a blanket but this one has no issue with any clothing.

The machine appears to be well built, however, there is too much technology incorporated in the user interface....in other words, at times, it is difficult to perform simply tasks.

Works great. Huge wash tub. To soon to comment on durability but so far pleased. Good warranty on transmission as far as I can determine. Intuitive operation of control system. Got this on sale so happy with the price.

Nice washing machine, washes well and I love the delayed start time. The only complaint I have is the start button doesn’t always work(freezes sometimes) but all you have to do is power off again and then get start again.

A very good machine. and a great experience , with Best Buy start to finish. even their delivery people were very experinced. and polite and neat, too. all delivered and installed and old machine removed in about 15 minutes.

Great machine. The impeller is much better than the agitator. Turbo wash feature is really nice as it doesn’t take too much time and water. The user experience with then buttons is friendly and simple. Nice look.

It replaced an 15+ year old Maytag agitator washer. It works well except there is no chime when I initially connected it but oh well. Make sure that you balance the dirty clothes prior to washing or you’ll return to a load not being washed. At least, that was my experience.

I really love this washer. It takes a little getting used to with the deeper tub. I have a somewhat hard time reaching into it to retrieve my clothes (I’m 5’2”) but overall I think it’s an awesome washer and it does a great job.

I have washed ALL of the comforters that I have from the comfort of my house instead lugging them all to a local wash house or paying for dry cleaning. I love the convenience!!!

Really love our new LG washer. It holds a lot of clothes, and get them clean. As a tip for other owners, I get the best results by using the "Water Plus" setting. It's a really great looking unit as well, classes up the laundry room!

Smart and Fast. My wife wanted the quick wash feature and the stainless steel and she is happy so what else do i need to say!
