The features it has are great and we still don't know everything about it. If someone asked me, I would recommend it.

The only negative thing about it is that if you're using the programs on the app, you can't change the settings for water temperature, etc. Cleans everything great though and is easy to use.

It does make a squeaking, nails on a chalkboard type noise that took some getting used to. Delivery process almost made me return the whole thing though. Overall, it’s better than my previous Samsung washer so I’m satisfied.

If the coronavirus were not causing trouble, I would be scheduling a service call on this machine. This unit replaces an LG washer I had for 8 yrs. Had probs with that one, too. Not sure why I chose this one.

It seems to clean the clothes well. The only trouble I have had is washing sweaters in laundry bags. They just don't stay balanced

We ordered this washer with its equivalent dryer. It’s worked great. We were pleasantly surprised by the jingle that plays at the end of the cycle.

I'm satisfied with this washer and would recommend it to others...

It cleans well and spins almost all the water out of the clothes. My clothes dry faster now! I love the 6 motion technology that moves the clothes from top to bottom and around the tub.

Gave us a Military Discount and had an already good price. The units we wanted were available non a short time frame which met our scheduled needs.

Call support again this time they can’t tell me when they can come out to fix it. They have to call me Monday to set an appointment. Gave them 2 stars because LG does make good products. I Have two phones and a TV, but maybe washer is not their thing.

Very large capacity

I’ve had this for about 3 weeks and love how well it cleans and handles large loads. My previous washer was an LG front load and made to switch to top load. Best decision ever!
