An ok machine but don’t really care for the rinse cycle. When I hit “extra rinse” which should allow more water to fill up I find some of the clothes have a dirty film on them afterwards so I have to add yet another rinse to clear it off.

Love this washing machine. I do several loads a day and this monster can handle every load. The only thing is that the buttons are hard to use, you must press very hard to start it and change your options.

Great washer! Works well and performs as expected. Fairly quiet.

Love this machine. Only uses the amount of water necessary for the weight of the load - takes the guess work out. We've cut our water bill down drastically and don't have to use as much laundry detergent. Highly recommend.

These are the first LG washer and drier machines we have purchased. We don't even hear them running, and they work great. I love the energy-saving features.

So far this machine has been great. Left the front load behind, was tired of it and didn’t think clothes getting as clean. This machine is great, would like maybe an option for mini loads, like a small cubby at top but great.

Like all the other LG products that we own, we love this washer. In particular, the washplus feature that adds more water is very nice. We really think the clothes come out cleaner that way.

Love the notification on my phone when it is done washing. Was a bit hard to connect to phone/wifi but once it was done it is a nice new washer. Like being able to look inside the washer through the lid, while it is washing.

Knowledgable salesperson. He understood what I wanted and It was over and done within 10 minutes. He did not try to sell Anything else. I will buy a dryer to match the washer in the near Future from the same person.

Have had this washer for ~6 weeks now. We love the features, the look, and the the fact that it is fairly quiet when in operation. We have been very pleased with our purchase thus far.

3 years later, this machine continues to work well without any trouble. The controls are simple but still a bit confusing.

Finally received my new washing machine. However it sits in my garage as they wouldn't install it as the facets were frozen.. My plumber stated that all they need to do was shut off water to house, take off the hoses, replace with new ones , then turn the water back on. It's "out of their scope" to do that so now extensive plumbing work will have to be done before an install. UGH!!!!!!!!!!

We had this washer for about 2 1/2 years. It worked pretty well. One day is started making an awful noise, so we called Geed Squad because we had the protection plan. Now our previous LG washer lasted about 5 years and started making noises like the bearings were lose, which is not long for such an expensive item. We replaced that unit with this one. The geek squad proceeded to replace all the guts of the washer because they were unable to troubleshoot where the noise was coming from. After leaving, we had a non-working unit (before, it was working but with a noise). After that, another repair person who was more experienced came, but was unable to repair the damage done by the first repair person. After a month and a half of having no washer, we complained enough that Best Buy gave us store credit to use. I would say that LG units are not worth the hastle, even with the extended warranty. Without the extended warranty, we would have had expensive repairs after 2 1/2 years. Additionally, repair people seem to have a hard time troubleshooting working on the unit and parts take weeks to come in. When repair parts did come in, they were often defective or damaged.

Love the LG! Researched to death what would be best as a replacement for an old front loader Kenmore. This fit the bill exactly.

The top loader LG washer is one of my best purchase. I highly recommend it. I am never going back to a front loader.

My appliances are located in the basement. I could never hear the beep that the laundry was done. This sends a message to my cell phone and Apple watch, so now I can to the clothes right away. What a time and energy saver.

This washer sends me a message on my phone when it's completed the cycle! I feel like I have entered into the Star Trek Universe. It does a nice job washing too. Love this top loader washer.

It’s bigger but it doesn’t clean as well as my 9 year old Maytag. Is it to much to ask that my laundry’s clean and dry. I really don’t need all the bells and whistles. Just clean and dry.
