Great service on the install. Even had a call back the next day to be sure everything was alright. I never used Best Buy before for an appliance purchase but will surely use them again.

Wonderful addition to our laundry room Oversized drum is ideal for bigger than normal loads. Don’t have to go to laundry mat for bigger loads like comforters.

Love love love this top loader. It's very deep and very large. Will wash a comforter with no problem. Purchased to wash quilts. This machine is gentle and effective. Would highly recommend.

Website- my numbers were off by one number so my payment didnt go thru so it was late and i was charged a late payment. The website needs to recognize this so it doesn’t happen to someone else

We just closed on our new home in August and washer was delivered the next day. Needed it badly and this appliance fit perfectly in laundry room. It is simple to operate and has huge basin. Love it!

We are loving our new washer the app is especially helpful with reminders. I love that it tells you when maintenance is required. Reminding us to do the cleaning to keep it mildew and odor free.

I love the touch features. Also, the washer senses the weight of the load. It balances the washer on it's own. Sleek design makes it top of the line.

So far this thing has greatly improved my laundry experience. From the way it senses how much water to use to how well it cleans compared to my last washer, it is a win for sure.

I purchased this to replace a front load washer that I hated from about 3 months on. I'm still getting used to the different cycles, but love how quiet it is and that it plays a "song" when it's completed the cycle.

Love the color and love the design of this washer. Was looking for a sleek set and found that with these. I also did not want such a technological washer and thought this one was modern looking but simple to use.

Very happy with this washer. Quiet and uses a lot less water than the 20 year old one it replaced. The tub is huge since it doesn’t have a agitator taking up space.

We replaced a five year old Maytag washer that constantly gave us problems. So far the LG has been so much better. It seems to wash faster and clothes are just as clean.

Very good selection of washing cycles. Does everything automatically. Just add clothes and detergent and press one button. That’s it! Top glass made lid which makes it fun to watch.

Have had this washer for about 6 months and it has worked like a charm thus far. I usually have larger loads and therefore use the heavy duty setting which uses more water. And that's fine with me.

This has been a great washer. We’ve had it about a month. The agitator works much better than the last one and it adds plenty of water. The only drawback is that I have yet to get the WiFi function to work,

My Wife and I along with a Best Buy Sslesmsn, discussed our options of 3 washers. We selected th LG and it was a great choice. Our LG has made more than 30 washes and we are very pleased.
