Then this is the washer for you! I work in IT, I understand mobile phone apps and networking. I can't imagine how a non-technical person would ever get their phone connected to this washer. The mobile app/wifi setup process is extremely frustrating. Does it clean clothes? Yes, it does, and does it pretty well.

It uses less water and gets clothes cleaner. It is also great to have all the different settings. I would highly recommend this product.
