Have had this washer for over a month now and we love it. There are many different wash cycles and modifying them is easy.

Very nice washing machine. The sales people at Best Buy were very helpful. We had the washing machine for about a month- so far, very nice.

Sometimes dryer doesn't spin correctly and clothes need to be taken out or readjusted in dryer to work correctly. When finally working clothes come out dry pretty fast

Great LG washer. I really like the Wi-Fi notification feature. It does not make a lot of noise like my old Whirlpool.

no problem so far. Like that depending on the load size how much water you get. You can also pick that you want more water added to the load.

Excellent medium priced washer. We had an LG washer previously and it lasted 10 years. This washer has less features but works just as well.

So far so good.. I just wish I could add more water to the wash cycle without it going to a Deep Wash cycle. I think I have read up a bit more on the functions

Never had an issue with it. Have had for over 3 years now and still no issues. I’ve even moved it from one house to another

Good, value wifi is a little confusing but once it is hooked up to your phone you can control it without having to physically br there at the machine

Love this washer!! It is huge! Washes clothes great and is very large can wash large loads and comes clean. Has a lot of options which is a bonus.

I do NOT recommend this washer. We purchased it in May 2020, specifically because we wanted a quiet washer. It worked well for about 6 months, then the spin cycle started getting louder and louder. Right before the warranty was up, we contacted LG. It took 3 months, several unanswered calls to LG customer service, and 2 incompetent service companies to finally get it fixed in July 2021. They had to put in new shocks on the drum. Now, less than two months later, the washer is leaking water everywhere and we're having to call out another service repairman (outside of the warranty, so $$$). Please save yourself some major frustration and choose another brand.

The knowledge of sales person and stock availability was excellent. Delivery and install was great installers wore mask and were very professional.

It is so nice to have a product that actually works. The washer is so quiet I had to make sure it was really on. It was & what a good job it did.

I know more about landing a space shuttle than this piece of crap knows about washing clothes, it's completely arbitrary.... if I wash 6 large towels it will use so little water the tops of the towels don't even get wet. If I throw in 5 pairs of socks and a pair of shorts, it'll fill a 55 gallon drum of hot water to complete the task. And God forbid if you abandon a wash cycle (because that's the only control you've got once you've started one), it'll again fill up the 55 gallon drum full of water to complete the task because apparently wet clothes register to this dumb device as more clothes. As a computer programmer and consultant, my advice is leave the jobs to humans until computers can at least do as good of a job. This is a #Fail device.

We have had LG washers in the past. We really appreciate how they listened to complaints and changed the mechanics of the bleach dispenser so that it won't get rusted out.

I love my new washer. The app to download more options is incredible. It senses the water needed. A real water saver. Definitely recommend.

Had this about a year, and I'll say it gets the job done pretty well. Clothes come out clean. It can be a little loud, but not too bad if in a separate room.

For the first month I have no issues with the machine. As with my dryer, it has wifi which is great for notifications when a cycle is complete.
