Very easy to set up. It’s quiet and does a great job with washing a large load.

This is a great machine. The extra capacity and no agitator makes laundry more manageable. I love the lid window to see the machine at work. It is very quiet compared to our past machine and I had to go over and make sure it was still on. Control panel buttons are great features. We have not used the mobile system yet. Washing time is longer than I am used to, We use the turbo setting to shorten the time.

It had been a few years since I had purchased a washer and I was blown away by the features that are now available. No more selecting the water level--the washer assesses the load and does it for you. The tub is HUGE, without the agitator you can put lots of stuff in that didn't fit will in older washers like pillows and comforters.

There is nothing negative to say. I love it. It is quiet, the drum is huge, plenty of settings to personalize each load and spins clothes almost dry. But the best feature, by far, is that it has an app that lets me know what stage the washer is at, how much time is left, and sends me a notification when the load is done. Love it! would definitely recommend this product.

First set of new washer and dryers and they are the absolute best. The washer is huge and quiet while the load is going love the notification that come on my phone with it being a smart washer! Did a lot of research before purchasing!

I've owned this for a month and was sceptical of these new high efficiency washers. After seeing a Maytag my relative had i had doubts. Didn't like his at all. This LG is definitely worth buying. It's quiet and does a awesome job of getting out stains. Really like how it can tell me on the phone app that its done. And how you can custom program it using the app. Very happy with this purchase.

This is a great washer! It washes everything well, the app is wonderful- it allows you to program custom cycles and tells you when your wash is ready. The tub is so large that I can fit what used to be two loads into one. Word of caution: if you are shorter than 5’5”, you may not be able to reach the bottom of the tub - it is pretty deep!.. I highly recommend this washer!

I like it does not make loud noise and it is big that can fit a king-size comforter. but it does not not come with manual instructions. You have to go online to read it. Luckily, there are youtubers who are nice enough to show to use it. Otherwise, it will take time to read it.

First time I've had a washer without an agitator, and I love the way it works. I was skeptical at first until I watched how this 6Motion Technology worked to move all the items around in the least amount of water. Clothes come out clean and the spin cycle is very efficient which helps with the drying. I'm very happy with the purchase of my LG matching washer and dryer!

This washer works great. It holds a lot of clothes and is efficient on both water and soap use. It's also very, very quiet, unlike our older washing machine. We have the one without the agitator and have had no issues with everything we have put into it. We have 2 kids and are always doing laundry, or it seems that way.

The washer is huge, in a good way. It is everything I could possibly want and I love it. The only thing is that sometimes there is a high pitch sound when the drum rotates and I’m not sure where it is coming from. Besides that, it’s pretty quiet with the laundry door closed and it has settings for anything I could think of. I debated this version with a steam option and am more than happy with my choice.

You can fit so much into this washer. It's very quiet too. Panel is very easy to use.

I am thrilled with this top-load washer from LG. I've waited a long time for this since my front-load LG washer just refused to quit. The quality is great, and it is so roomy that it cuts my laundry time in half. I love how quiet it is, and how well-balanced it is. Delivery and set up were fast and easy. I would recommend this to anyone!

We replaced an He washer We had for a number of years. This washer is super quiet compared to our old unit. I would have bought this washer a long time ago knowing what I know now. The thing I like the most is it’s easy to load. In our old unit you had to balance the load or it would make a lot of noise when it would spin. I would recommend this dryer to a friend.

For the cost I cannot complain. The tub is huge and yes by default it doesn't use much water. Sometimes it does sound like dried beans agitating and I am not sure why. But clothes seem to come out fine. The extra water function works great on heavy loads if you want your clothes fully in a tub of water. I hope it lasts as long as our last washer. As stated, great washer so far

I have found this top load washer to be the easy to use, very quiet and efficient.

We recently purchased the 5.0 LG top loading washer along with the matching LG dryer. We love both products. The washer’s stainless steel tub is huge. It is super quiet when running and very easy to program: simply press power, select load type, and push start. Delivery and set up were great too. We are very happy with our purchase!

Rated very high on consumer reports. Large 5 cubic foot washer. Has a iphone app to see how much time is left. Texts you when wash is done. You can schedule a wash. Washes good and clean. Noise is not that bad. You can use Alexa to turn it on.
