Great washer but still has a bit of an odor. Once I use Affresh, it's better but soon the odor returns. So far, only unbalanced once, even though I washed a lot of the queen comforters. My old one used to unbalance frequently with bulky bedding. It spins well, so I don't need to dry as long. The detergent dispense is in a awkward place, I prefer it when it's up front. Seems to wash really well.

Washer was easy to install and controls are simple and easy to use. This Top Load Washer is easy to load clothes into and runs much more quiet than the LG Front Load it replaced. I also like being able to add a clothing item to the load after the tub has filled, which was not an option with the Front Load. This machine seems to be very well made!

There is nothing negative to say. I love it. It is quiet, the drum is huge, plenty of settings to personalize each load and spins clothes almost dry. But the best feature, by far, is that it has an app that lets me know what stage the washer is at, how much time is left, and sends me a notification when the load is done. Love it! would definitely recommend this product.

I've owned this for a month and was sceptical of these new high efficiency washers. After seeing a Maytag my relative had i had doubts. Didn't like his at all. This LG is definitely worth buying. It's quiet and does a awesome job of getting out stains. Really like how it can tell me on the phone app that its done. And how you can custom program it using the app. Very happy with this purchase.

The washer is huge, in a good way. It is everything I could possibly want and I love it. The only thing is that sometimes there is a high pitch sound when the drum rotates and I’m not sure where it is coming from. Besides that, it’s pretty quiet with the laundry door closed and it has settings for anything I could think of. I debated this version with a steam option and am more than happy with my choice.

This is a great washer! It washes everything well, the app is wonderful- it allows you to program custom cycles and tells you when your wash is ready. The tub is so large that I can fit what used to be two loads into one. Word of caution: if you are shorter than 5’5”, you may not be able to reach the bottom of the tub - it is pretty deep!.. I highly recommend this washer!

I love this washer! Large capacity! Spins the clothes almost dry. I am using the laundry sheets and clothes are super clean. Only con is that on a short wash it automatically sets the water temp to warm. bonus--Also was able to get the granite color for same price as the white one.

You can fit so much into this washer. It's very quiet too. Panel is very easy to use.

First time I've had a washer without an agitator, and I love the way it works. I was skeptical at first until I watched how this 6Motion Technology worked to move all the items around in the least amount of water. Clothes come out clean and the spin cycle is very efficient which helps with the drying. I'm very happy with the purchase of my LG matching washer and dryer!

I have found this top load washer to be the easy to use, very quiet and efficient.

First set of new washer and dryers and they are the absolute best. The washer is huge and quiet while the load is going love the notification that come on my phone with it being a smart washer! Did a lot of research before purchasing!

For the cost I cannot complain. The tub is huge and yes by default it doesn't use much water. Sometimes it does sound like dried beans agitating and I am not sure why. But clothes seem to come out fine. The extra water function works great on heavy loads if you want your clothes fully in a tub of water. I hope it lasts as long as our last washer. As stated, great washer so far

We replaced an He washer We had for a number of years. This washer is super quiet compared to our old unit. I would have bought this washer a long time ago knowing what I know now. The thing I like the most is it’s easy to load. In our old unit you had to balance the load or it would make a lot of noise when it would spin. I would recommend this dryer to a friend.

This washer works great. It holds a lot of clothes and is efficient on both water and soap use. It's also very, very quiet, unlike our older washing machine. We have the one without the agitator and have had no issues with everything we have put into it. We have 2 kids and are always doing laundry, or it seems that way.

I am thrilled with this top-load washer from LG. I've waited a long time for this since my front-load LG washer just refused to quit. The quality is great, and it is so roomy that it cuts my laundry time in half. I love how quiet it is, and how well-balanced it is. Delivery and set up were fast and easy. I would recommend this to anyone!

The buttons are sometimes hard to push or not hard to push but you got to push the button a couple times to get the washing machine or dryer to start and there's no signal when they go off balance which they've done a couple times and couldn't correct itself and you got to make sure you wash it good when you get it cuz it has a funny odor and wifi sucks otherwise but otherwise I like them a lot they do a good job

I like it does not make loud noise and it is big that can fit a king-size comforter. but it does not not come with manual instructions. You have to go online to read it. Luckily, there are youtubers who are nice enough to show to use it. Otherwise, it will take time to read it.

I didnt believe Samsung was a bad quality (in term of washer and dryer) until mine broke down after only 1 yr of use. I called up repairman and most refused to repair as Korean parts are expensive. They tend to only fix American brands as parts are easier to get. Anyway, this doesnt mean you should not get LG. To be honest, when I get a washer or dryer. I expect it wont break down and last at least 10 yrs. I bought a LG washer after my broken Samsung. And that monster still working well after 8 yrs. I gave to my buyer when I sold my house. Now, I moved in to a new place and need a new washer again. Without any doubt, I went with LG washer and dryer. This one is even bigger drum than my previous one. The style may look plain. However, I end up love it more and more by days. It wash well. The signal light is pleasant and not too bright. And the dryer has light in it once the cycle is done. I got it at a sale for a good price at Bestbuy. I am pretty sure this puppy will last at least 10 yrs. The quality is top notch and is very well built. I almost bought the metallic color version but it is more expensive. My wife persuaded me to just get the white color and save some money .. which I walked across the asile and used the money to buy myself some nintendo switch games. haha
