I use powder detergent and I often have dry soap spots on clothes, because the clothes do not entirely get wet. I also don't like that I can't leave something to soak for a long time. If I turn of the cycle, it drains the tub, so I have to soak in the sink instead. I also wish it had a sensor to tell you how much soap to add to the load. The salesperson at told me it would sense the necessary water level and detergent level.

Best Buy warranties the appliance for Only 15 days. It broke after a month and Best Buy directed me to LG. I contacted LG, who sent out a tech, who opened the back up and repaired it and recommended a surge protector. Bought a surge protector. 2 weeks later, same issue. Won’t turn on. Nothing happens. Call LG again, who tells me they can send someone out in a week and a half and pay my laundromat bill. ARE YOU SERIOUS!? Still paying for this broken appliance, despite it not working. 2 months and it’s broken twice. I’ve requested they haul it off. I’ll take the loss, just want this out of my house!!!! Garbage product and garbage customer service. I’ll never purchase LG again.
