I wanted to stay with LG but decided to go back to top load washer because of the mold issue and having to leave the door open all the time. I am so disappointed. This machine is so loud. It sounds like an airplane landing on my house. I wish someone had warned me of the noise level. Would not purchase again.

Washing machine fail

I bought mine on 06/29/2020 and it is no longer working. There were a couplet of times that it didn't want to turn on and I unplugged the machine and plugged it in again and it work. The 3rd time this happened, it did not turn back on. I called LG and it will be a week before their "factory trained" technician will be out. Another month if the machine has to be replaced. Save yourself a headache and money and don't make the same mistake I did in purchasing this washer.
