Great Washer
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Rated very high on consumer reports. Large 5 cubic foot washer. Has a iphone app to see how much time is left. Texts you when wash is done. You can schedule a wash. Washes good and clean. Noise is not that bad. You can use Alexa to turn it on.

LG all day long when comparing to Samsung
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didnt believe Samsung was a bad quality (in term of washer and dryer) until mine broke down after only 1 yr of use. I called up repairman and most refused to repair as Korean parts are expensive. They tend to only fix American brands as parts are easier to get. Anyway, this doesnt mean you should not get LG. To be honest, when I get a washer or dryer. I expect it wont break down and last at least 10 yrs. I bought a LG washer after my broken Samsung. And that monster still working well after 8 yrs. I gave to my buyer when I sold my house. Now, I moved in to a new place and need a new washer again. Without any doubt, I went with LG washer and dryer. This one is even bigger drum than my previous one. The style may look plain. However, I end up love it more and more by days. It wash well. The signal light is pleasant and not too bright. And the dryer has light in it once the cycle is done. I got it at a sale for a good price at Bestbuy. I am pretty sure this puppy will last at least 10 yrs. The quality is top notch and is very well built. I almost bought the metallic color version but it is more expensive. My wife persuaded me to just get the white color and save some money .. which I walked across the asile and used the money to buy myself some nintendo switch games. haha

Absolutely thrilled with this washer!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have never really been all that excited about any of the washing machines that I have ever owned. I usually buy the least expensive models and they wash my clothes. This time when my washing machine broke there were very few options that I could get right away, primarily due to COVID-19. My options were much more expensive and limited, so I had to do some research. I read all the reviews on this machine, and since my previous washer was an HE model, I disregarded the negative reviews that dealt with low amounts of water and understanding the controls. First, I like the way this machine looks both the fact that it is taller than my old machine and has the glass lid. The tub fills up with plenty of water to clean with and the spin cycle is so quiet, although, to be fair, my previous washer walked across the floor and shook the room when it was spinning. I think the controls are easy to understand and offer many options, depending on what you are washing, and the tub is large enough for my comforters. I can't comment on the WIFI option since I will probably never use it. I have never spent so much on a washer, but I don't regret it and I love this machine. It has ruined me on cheap washers, since I now see what the more expensive machines are all about.

My amazing washer!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a LG Washer I purchased new from Best Buy in 2011 which I loved but unfortunately the center piece of the drum barrel broke and they no longer stocked it so I purchased this one and I'm already in love. It's bigger, its quieter, it washing clothes amazingly clean, I am very happy with this purchase.

Great washer
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this washer just a couple of week but so far it has been excellent. The notifications of the washer being complete have been useful in getting the clothes put into the dryer and not losing track of time. It washes very well and is very easy to use.

Washer of the future!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far, so good. I like the large capacity of this washer without the agitator. My clothes seem to come out fine and I don’t notice any problems. I only had one issue the first time I washed sheets when they all came out looking good like a giant dog bed because they’d gotten caught up in the fitted sheet, but now, they seem to do fine. My husband even noticed a towel that had mud all over it (he used a good towel to wash his golf clubs - men!) came out as clean as all the others and he can’t tell which one was the one he used. My only problem now is I have to get a dryer big enough to hold all the clothes I can fit in here at one time, It’s huge!!! Our installers were great too. I have to give them credit. It was so hot the day they came and they were just as happy as could be and had my old one out and new one set up in about 30 minutes. Great job!

Great washing machine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s been nice to finally have a washer of my own. Not having to go to the laundromat and using lots of quarters just to get taken by a broken washing machine. Great, easy machine to use and tons of room to clean just about anything in size. Also been really quiet. So far so good. Would recommend.

Love this washer
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always been a Whirlpool customer. My nephew purchased this washer and raved about it. So I went against my judgement and I am so glad I did. I totally love this washer. Using the controls are easy....and I don’t miss the agitator. I also purchased the matching dryer. I would not hesitate buying this washer or dryer.

very impressed
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.we're very impressed. It is huge, easily twice the capacity of our old machine, which we already thought was bigger than average. It's also incredibly quiet. I'm not sure if the smart functionality adds much, but it's neat to get a notification when the cycle is done so I know to go move the clothes to the dryer.

So far, so good
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Quiet and efficient. With lower water level and longer run time, we will see about efficiency. Have only had machine a few weeks but are quite satisfied. Lettering on options is border-line too small.

Life made easy!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this washer. It is larger than my old washer and it is so much quieter. Very easy to operate and use. The installers did a great job of getting it in, hooked up, and took the old washer away, In a professional and timely manner. I ordered it online and literally, four days later it was in my home. We are very pleased.

Sci fi quality
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our last machine wobbled and shook with audible vigor. This machine: Other that a quiet pleasant chirp and lighting to signal your wash settings, I had to check to make sure it was on. It is so quiet. Then I saw the clothes getting wet and then spinning. Excellent product. Without the agitator, the true capacity means you’re putting in comforters and more to wash.

Great Washer!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was past time for us to get a new washer. I researched and this little guy was on the NY Times list for one of the best washers on the market. I found the exact one at BestBuy.com. Mixed reviews on the site. We decided to go ahead with the purchase and we do not regret it. It senses the load and decides how much wash time is needed. There are many different types of loads to choose from as well. And it sings a lovely tune when the cycle is done! I have not used any of the advanced features. We are not very "techy" and I just don't have the time to figure it all out! Another thing that made me decide to purchase was the many reviews that listed quiet as a selling feature. It is nice and quiet!

Big New Washer in Older House
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Much higher capacity than the 25 year old Kenmore that it replaced. Cleans well. Wish it would remember settings between uses. Install by BB was smooth and quick. Be sure to check measurements carefully. We needed a new drain pan (which we had to get at Lowes).
