The machine is incredibly sensitive and finicky. I do more loads now than with our prior machine because you cannot mix towels with sheets, or either of these items with clothes. Even when the tub is only 25%-30% full it regularly becomes unbalanced. The washer just keeps filling with water and needs to be constantly managed and rebalanced. I can no longer get a load started and leave home, for fear it just stops the cycle because the water level is too high. It's a waste of water, electricity and my time. We are a household of two and I can't imagine how a family gets laundry done with any manner of efficiency. I'll probably end up selling it at a loss after only six months of use and buying something different. I will never buy LG again.
