Didnt last long before issues showed up

It has progressively gotten worse and now I am past a year, so poof, coverage gone. Videos online show some pads it could be running on, but the squealing isn't consistent with the speed or vibration. I made sure it was level and haven't figured it out yet but it is very frustrating.
