This machine got good reviews so we bought it. 5 months in and i'm in the middle of washing a load of colored clothes when it just turns off. My clothes are soaking wet. The machine would'nt move onto the spin cycle. We contact LG who sends a local (horrible service tech) out to fix it. Long story short, we've had 4 different guys come out over the last 5 weeks to replace parts (they have no idea whats actually wrong). LG wont refund us our money unless the service technician says the machine is unfix-able. My husband and I are fed up with LG and their poor customer service. We just want our money back so we can buy a Maytag.

My issue is with water temperature. On hot it only registers 76 degrees. Hardly hot, perhaps warm but that is it. No one can seem to address this issue.
