Tub is very deep and hard to reach for a shorter person. some of the cycles don't fill as much as I would like and one load was still dirty so had to rewash.

Nothing impressive. So far it does its job. Took me about a month to decide what washer was good for us. I have no complaints but I know there’s a better one out there. Same style different model number.

The owner's manual that comes with your washer does not include detailed operating instructions. There is nothing about the display panel, the icons, how to modify a wash and other details. On the front of the owner's manual it tells you that operating instructions are available at a specific web address yet when you go there's nothing beyond what came the product's owner's manual. If you love significantly wrinkled clothes this is a great washer for you. I've tried all the settings – wrinkled, wrinkled, wrinkled. And I'm no novice – been washing my own clothes since 1985. I just stayed at an Airbnb with an old stackable setup – NO WRINKLES! I'd gladly trade whatever high-tech this washer is supposed to have for one that can clean and not force me to iron everything.

Makes a loud noise during washing like someone is using a lawn mower

Washer goes unbalanced quite a bit. Not happy with having to make sure clothes are disbursed in the washer a certain way.

After having a negative experience with Samsung over the last 4 years, we paid more to get the LG. Thought we were going to be happy, until it started making a ton of noise a few weeks ago. Service came out & said there were missing screws in the assembly and that damaged other parts. Now having a hard time getting it replaced after using is only 10 weeks!

Love that it gets my clothes clean in a short amount of time. It's noisier than I thought it would be. Makes a rattling noise when agitating.

It's really not what I expect :( I had a larger washer. My washer wasn't able to be fixed so mine was traded for a smaller washer instead of traded up :( Then I had to buy a warranty on the washer I had a warranty on my other washer but was told it would not transfer over :( I had several years left on the other one. This other washer has a remote on it, it will not sync to my iphone :( . I was told it would wash my blankets and quilts which it won't the washer is to small :( ALL my products I have bought bring back as something has gone wrong :(

Decent washer for the money but just be warned, it’s fairly loud. If you are concerned about noise go with the next model up. Matching dryer is excellent.

Bought this machine for my in laws based on good reviews and because the machine that we just purchased for ourselves that we love was on back order. Lets start with the fact that the unit doesn't come with the operations manual, only the installation manual. You have to scan a QR code to get the manual online. My 70 plus year old in laws don't know how to do that. Then the control panel has a mind of it's own. set the cycle, select the options and then press start, it changes to deep wash, changes temperature etc. Two sheets in the washer resulted in a wadded up ball that was near impossible to get apart. LG "customer service" is ridiculous. First they wouldn't even schedule an appointment without the proof of purchase. Why would we contact LG if the thing wasn't new? Then after providing that documentation and they scheduled a service appointment. Only to call back and say they had to make sure that "the operator understands how to use the machine". How condescending can you be??? The machine doesn't work and they will not stand behind their product. Best Buy should take this pile of garbage back. Do not buy this machine!!!

Worst washer EVER! I’ve had it for 6 months and it’s only worked for 4 weeks. LG has sent somebody out 6 times for the same error code. Customers service is even worst.

This is our 2nd lg washer in 3 yrs. thank god we had a geek squad warranty. The actuator plate snapped right off. But besides that it was great.

This machine is great, easy to use and does a great job. I would have given 5 stars but . . . . a cosmetic part broke on the day it was delivered. Very annoying considering how much these machines cost. LG warranty service is terrible. Three emails and calls since 11/23 (its 12/18) and i still do not have the replacement part. So far, the machine is running well so 5 stars. However, negative stars on the warranty experience, for a solid average of 2 stars.

It’s OK when it works. We’ve use this watch for six weeks and the touchpad controls work about 70% of the time. Both my wife and I have to unplug it wait a minute and plug it back in and then sometimes it will work. This was brand new in box. I think I’m going back to my American brands

This is a horrible washing machine. Clothes come out wrinkled! I needed a flashlight to read the settings. I am short so since this machine is 44' tall it is difficult to reach items at the bottom of the machine. I would not recommend this machine to even my enemies!

This washer was recommended to us by the sales consultant we spoke with. The first time running the machine was scary as it shook violently and had to manually restarted.

Purchased this washer and dryer combo in October- started getting the “PE” code about a month ago. Just stops working. I guess 6 months is all you get for $800+ dollars these days. My husband tried to talk me out of the “fancy” model. I guess I should have listened to him.

Great washer I have it linked to Wi-Fi and tells me when load is done. Do not like how loud it is when washing.

Bought at the Outlet. It had error codes from the beginning, so I returned it as defective.
