Posted .The WT7300CW uses much less water than past washing machines so the water usage my be normal. If you feel like it is not using enough, the WT7300CW features Water Plus which adds additional water to the cycle to increase washing performance. This feature can be used multiple times until the maximum water limit has been reached. ^CP

Huge mistake. It does s horrible job cleaning clothes, sheets come out horribly twisted no matter how many different ways I’ve tried to load them, keep having to add water to TRY & get things clean. Snd towels or blankets? Forget about getting those clean! After month the washer is already making clanking noises I dont think are normal. So even with the Geek Squad protection, I’m gonna have to call, wait for an Appt, wait for a Four hour window, etc. piece of junk as far as I’m concerned.

Worked ok for the first 2 weeks. After which, this thing developed a mind of its own. Was told everything was fine with this machine and that was a lie. Never again will I buy OPEN BOX from best buy. Get a warranty. You'll need it!

The clothes get somewhat dry by the time the spin cycle is over so the clothes get so wrinkled that putting them in the dryer does not help . They are so wrinkled coming out of the dryer ! I called to exchange it for an agitator model but they said 2 weeks was return period

The washer does a terrible job, despite using the extra rinse mode and trying a variety of detergents, there's always detergent residue on the clothes, and oftentimes some areas of clothes are still dry! This happens consistently when not even filling the drum half way. We had an LG set for 10 years prior to this and were very happy, which emphasizes our disappointment in how poor the quality is of this model.

I bought a washer and dryer and a TV from best buy (all LG), the TV was busted and the washer is broken. I will never purchase an LG product or anything from Best Buy again.
