This machine is great. It easily washes large loads quickly and quietly. The controls are simple and easy to understand. I am very happy with this purchase. The delivery was on time and the installation was most efficient.

Upgraded from a really old whirlpool set to the LG washer and dryer set. Hands down the best washer and dryer. The washer is slimmer than measured (which is perfect for my laundry room) quit when washing and actually sings when finished.

This is the best washer this 76 year old woman has ever had. Not only quiet but so efficient. son's groundkeeper's clothes come clean as well as my delicates. Lots of options with touch choice.

We needed a big new washer that could handle more than normal laundry. This machine so far has handled all of our items with no problems and it is much more efficient than our old one so it is a good upgrade as well.

Had a LG front load washer for 15 years and never had a problem. When it was time to replace it, only made sense to buy another LG. Went with this one for the tub size over the front load. Thus far it has been an excelent machine.

The washer has a huge capacity, sometimes I have to run two loads in the dryer to handle it all. It's pretty quiet while running. The smartphone app features are a nice bonus, with no subscription required.

Recently purchased an LG washer. It is the best! The clothes come out spotless and hardly wrinkled at all! Machine is quiet and has several settings so this makes my wash day much easier. You won't be disappointed with this washing machine!

Find the interface easy to use. Able to adjust water temperature when more than a cold water wash is needed. Great capacity for bedding. Sheets, down blankets and comforters.

Bought this washer after reading many reviews. Tub size is a plus, and turbo wash feature is amazing when you are short on time. Cleans clothes well the first time. would definitely recommend.

My wife typically does a majority of the laundry but this washer was very simple and easy to use. My wife and I are big fans of how large the washer is. We are able to wash multiple items of clothing.

So far so good with this machine! I love the large capacity and how clean it gets my clothes. I also love that I can get notifications on my phone when the wash is done since I can’t hear the machine from the garage.

Good washer - high capacity, quiet, etc. Disappointed in how little it agitates. With little kids that get dirty, I wished we got a washer with an agitator. For the right home (i.e., people that don't have really dirty clothes) this is a great washer.

So far, the washer is great! This set was reccomended to me by a family member who has the same ones and loves them. Functionally it is simple to use and my clothes seem to be clean when taken out.

We have had this for a month now and are happy with the purchase. It does a good job cleaning clothes and the large capacity is great. The high efficiency system using less water did not make an impact on water bill.

LG washer works great, clean clothes with impeller style..great price for the money, looks great with clear glass top loader lid. Quiet machine..uses less water than my old agitator washer..

The process went very well with Best Buy from start of purchase in the store to set up in the home and the operation of the Washer. I am very pleased with the washer it washes well not noisy and does not use a lot of water and the result is very good.

Great capacity. I can fit so much in the drum! Sometimes doesn't really scrub cloths clean like an agitator would.

This washer is HUGE!! It easily fits a full basket full of laundry and gets everything super clean. Blankets, comforters, a ton of towels??? No problem! This washer handles it with ease! I’d recommend this to anyone.

I love this washer. Very quiet. Wash larger loads. The only thing I don’t like is that when washing, very little water will come out. I know it’s to conserve water. I did find out that if you put it on deep wash that more water will come out.
