Ordering and picking a time for Geek squad to come out and install this new washer was a breeze. They called ahead, were on time, and very efficient with removal of the old / install of the new. The new washer is quieter than my old one and the wash times are much faster. So far, so good. Thanks, BB!

Honestly, it’s just huge. Thus far, I am just using the Normal settings. I like that it adjusts the water level automatically. Just touch the Power button, then the Start button. Simple. Very satisfied with the cleaning results… which is great since I was not familiar with the impeller technology (no agitator). Quality seems great. I hope it stands the test of time.
