Washer that washes!

I bought the warranty cause who knows with the new stuff. But works great. Washes my clothes and gets them clean. Sorry I cant go into detail, Im just a basic washing clothes kind of guy and it gets it done and does it good. Sorry for no help but I got to rack these points up!

Good value. A few quirks though

As others have mentioned it doesn’t fill with much water for normal load (a lot less than my old whirlpool water saver ) and doesn’t seem to get all the items fully submerged. That said the clothes are coming out cleaning than my old whirlpool. Using heavy duty fills it like a normal washing machine and I use that setting for towels and sheets. The start button doesn’t seem to work all the time which is strange.

Thrilled with the upgrade to this washer!

Best Buy was great about a return/replace upgrade to this washer. Didn't know the difference between belt driven (first washer) and the LG as a direct drive. HUGE wash tub! Quiet. Much heavier lid than lower priced model. Don't miss an agitator. Invested in the extended warranty.

I can't believe the load size variations that this machine handles beautifully. The load sensing function performs very well, small load: less water, large load: more water. The range of options that include Down and bulky items is a huge benefit. I love this Washer!

Inside dispensing of liquid detergents and softener seem a little flimsy but have had no issues. The glass top actually is a huge advantage if you tend to spy on the laundry. The lack of the center post has not reduced the cleanliness or clothes.
