So far this works great. Large capacity and runs quiet.

Easy to use, but after having it for 18 months I am noticing some of our clothes are coming out with stains they did not have when they went in. I have not changed anything as far as detergent/stain removers or fabric softener. We will be trying some cleaning tactics. For how expensive this washer is I am bummed this is happening.

This washer is extremely quite, we keep checking on it to see if it's working. There is a learning curve to learn all the features, there is a video on YouTube explaining all the features. I recommend watching the video instead of reading pages ad pages on the manual much easier to understand. Had it for 3 weeks but really like the quality.

The design of the LG is well thought out and is perfect for our family. The ease of use is a pleasure and the sensors take over.All laundry comes out clean and fast and looking at it wash and spin is very entertaining.We are very happy with the LG washer and BestBuy

We've been very pleased with this washer. We landed on this one after a great deal of research. It seemed to be the best operating, highest capacity, greatest priced machine from our research. That has proven to be very true for us thus far. It works quickly, has lots of options, and has a great capacity.

I’ve only ever used a “knob style” washer all my life and was honestly kind of scared to take such a leap when upgrading to this but I’m so happy I did. Not only does this washer do a great job at cleaning clothes it is also extremely efficient. I love putting my clothes in and seeing it will take an hour to wash but after it senses the load it takes it down to 35 min. It’s already saving me money and I love it.

Love it❤❤❤. Thia washer is amazing. I fell in love with it instantly. The clothes come out so clean. The settings on the washer are perfect for any type of clothing that you wash. I doesn't make that much noise on the spin cycle. Consumption of water use is low as well. This definitely helps with the water bill.

Overall this washer is amazing. It is a top loader and has a very large capacity. We have loaded complete bedding for a king bed and this washer completed the cycle with ease. No more laundromat for those bigger, bulkier items. Even with the smaller regular wash cycles, it does a great job. It was a little pricey, but worth every penny and I would buy this item again!!!

After buying and owning both Samsung and Whirlpool high capacity top load washer and dryer over the course of the past three years, I can finally say that this washer and dryer have been flawless for our family and we don’t have a single complaint. We typically do a load of laundry everyday and this laundry set is perfect. It handles a king size comfortable with ease. Extremely satisfied so far.

Truly enjoying this washer so far. I love that it has a huge capacity. If you're worried about it not adding enough water, I have found the "Deep Wash" option then, in addition, select the "Water Plus" option to be really helpful. So far so good, just hoping it will last for years.

I really love this Wash Machine! I have options for many cycle choices thanks to the App. It has a huge capacity for a family 5, getting our laundry done in less loads. I love the Alexa and Phone capability, it keeps me updated and on track to turn over laundry loads quicker. This is the best purchase I made all year!

Absolutely love how quiet, efficient, and simple it is!

So far, so good. This thing is big. It replaced a washer we had for nearly 15 years, and we basically doubled the size. It's deep and even when putting a full hamper of clothing in, it's about half way full. My favorite feature is the wifi and the ability to receive a text when the laundry is done, we even get a notification on our connected lg tv. Pretty cool tech.
