Thus far, this washer is a good investment as it works well. There is plenty of room to wash a large load especially given it doesn't have an agitator.

Operating features are good and easy to use. However, the WiFi feature does not work despite having several IT experts try to solve the riddle. Next step will be to get Geek Squad out to hopefully solve the problem,

incredibly happy with this machine!! super quiet operation even with large and heavy bedding. Plenty of space for king sized comforters.

The only problem is that with some washes it does not seem to get enough water. It is deeper than my last machine so I can wash larger loads. I am very satisfied with this machine and I do recommend it.

I needed a washing machine pronto! This LG washer replaced my Samsung 5.0. The suspension system is already an improvement. The machine itself is fairly quiet and has the settings I need to get the job done.

LG is hands down better than Maytag...which I exchanged! Fast, quiet and not complicated...NO error codes like Maytag has ALL THE TIME. Love my new LG!

Had it for 6 months and hundreds of uses. Works great. Alerts your smart phone when it’s done. Only had to readjust a load once. A keeper.

Night and day improvement over our old Kenmore. Washes loads that we used to have to split in two. Spin cycle drying ability especially impressive. Highly recommend.

Everything is goood about it. This can easy fill big loads. Great for bedding and comforters. It doesn’t have the helpful option of quick wash or short wash though. The minimum cycle is 1 hour.

The dryer is easy to use, but we are still learning some of its functions. It does not dry as quickly as I would like at times, especially on the normal cycle.

So far this has been an excellent machine, we have had a front loader for 19 years and now we have a Toploader and we love it

First of all, it does a good job of washing. My big complaint is when washing sheets, it puts them into a big ball and then the spin cycle won't spin because it is off balance. Have to stop machine and distribute the sheets evenly. Tried one sheet at a time. Same results. So can't go off and leave the machine to go through the complete wash without having to redistribute the load after washing, and then again after the rinse cycle.
