I don't think I'll ever go back to front loading washer again, because this washes clothes very clean, however I am not sure if it has something to do with it been new.

Lots of features packed into this washer. Coming from an 16 year old washer, this was a big step up. Load sensing feature is great for saving water. Clean little kid messes well.

We could not be happier with this purchase. The direct drive agitator cleans much better then our old belt drive high efficiency washer, and it could not be any easier to use.

I can't believe this machine. It does not clean, wash or anything just fills up with water and has little movement, with one item or 5, it doesn't matter. My husband had a paper towel in a jacket. After a so called cycle it was completely intact. So I will continue to buy those paper towels, and save my money to get a different brand if washer. So disappointed.

We don't have to clean a debris trap with this one, but I feel like my clothes got cleaner with a front load. Maybe an agitator would help? It's pretty good for not having one though.

Had to pick up, Delivery 2-3weeks out , Could not be without washer for that long. Decided 2 days later I wanted the additional 5 year warranty . ( once I seen all the fancy gadgets) Could not get in contact with store by phone. Had to do it online. Tried again to get a hold of store to see if everything was applied to my account correctly. No luck, To whomever is reading this would appreciate a call or email letting me know I do have the 5 year warranty. This has been charged to another credit card. Thank you a bunch Best Buy!

We recently moved and needed new new machines. Had an LG washer and dryer at our previous home and they worked great, so we purchased them again. So far so good!

The size of this thing is great, however I feel like sometimes my clothes don't get washed, it does not have an agitator which is why I wanted it, the only thing I am not a fan of, is you can not control the amount of water that goes in, the machines weighs the load and than automatically picks if it's a small, med or large

Our old washer went up, and our back was against the wall for finding a new, i dont know whats going on out in the world but finding a 5.0 washer or higher that is compact is very hard. Most all we looked at are sold out, and not just here but other places too. We have had this machine for a month now with no problems. The only thing i didnt like is the wash time, an hour plus. seems long to me.

Overall great quality product and simple to setup. Love the app telling us how much time is left. Helps us plan accordingly when to go downstairs to unload.

clean look, performs well, pretty easy to operate once you get to know the dials and buttons, just like anything else new, our last washer was 7 years old.

Love the smartphone feature and the different washing options. Washer is very spacious, enough to wash all my sheets and towels at once.

Love this washer! Not as loud as my last washer and my clothes smell so clean. It has done a great job with my comforters and larger blankets.

Pros:Large machine and has many different cycles. Con: you can’t just press start from load to load with the same settings. You have to select them again. I find this annoying

the washing machine is quiet... has different options regarding the type of load, volume of load, and choices of water temp levels, cycles, etc...

I've had it for a month and I love it. My clothes are clean and it is easy to use. Bonus is the alert that pops up on my LG TV when my load is done.

The washer does a better job than our previous model. We have only used for a month, but the clothes are coming out clean, especially with the extra water.
