We are very happy with this washer. It is only two of us in our house. We save on the loads because of the huge tub. Saves water and time. Glad we bought it.

Great washer and dryer easy to hook up and easy to connect to phone

This washer is awesome. Fits a lot of clothes in one cycle. I like the convenience of getting notified on my app when the cycle is finished.

Great washer! Settings can be a bit tricky but otherwise it works well. Takes a bunch of clothes and have yet to have a problem with it.

This was a great purchase for us. It is identical to our dryer and works terrific. My kids love the clear top that they can watch as it washes.

New house new equipment! we've had the washer and dryer for a year an no problems. We can wash and dry big loads including our king bed set.

We had a smaller and older LG model last for about 10-11 years. So we opted for this LG 5.0 cu ft model with turbo wash. It's wonderful! I saw some previous reviews that said there was not a lot of water used per load--- the washer seems to fill fine ~~with enough water that all clothes are soaking in the washer. And the turbo wash is nice, extra wash. We are very happy! The time for washing was always about an hour with our old LG and with this LG, washing can be done much sooner. We give this a 5 STARS Plus!

I like this washing machine! I have no problems with it at all. It even has programmable cycles you can make and use. It uses less water and detergent and holds more clothes. So far so good. We''see!!

Washer works and looks great. Took a little bit to figure out how to adjust the water temp levels.

I love love love my washer and how spacious it is. Big difference from the washing machines my grandparents have.

Excellent washer, quiet, lots of settings, but watch a youtube video it really helped the manual though large, too many details. Need simple explanations.

Nice washer, but it seems you have a problem with getting the balance of the clothes down. I've laid the clothes down the way it asks and there are times I think it's going to pop out of one of the sides. the instructions are not clear also I can't figure out how to stop the machine to help with the left so it doesn't go crazy because it's out of balance. I've read the instruction tried to pause it fix the balancing my self, somehow it ten a two-cycle time. To this day I still have no idea how to make the machine stop than to have it start back up where it left off. If you can help it would’ve much appreciated. And given it a 5-star rating.

Easy to use. Has all the features I need. This model was referred by a happy owner to me so I thought I would give it a try. Would recommend.

Have had this washer for a few weeks and absolutely love it. The kids even have started to volunteer to do their own laundry!!

This is a very good washer for the price. I would definitely recommend this washer. One of the cons is that the washer is pretty noisy. I do wish it was quieter but for the price it’s amazing.

I’ve had this washer & dryer set almost two months now & am not too impressed considering the price I paid. I do like the large load capacity and the option to download lots of cycles but that’s about it. LGs quality is not what it used to be. The sheet metal it’s made with is extremely thin & flimsy. It will only rinse with cold water. There’s no prewash detergent dispenser so I’m not even sure if/how it dispenses a correct amount of detergent at each stage of the wash.

I am enjoying my new washer. My last one was also an LG that lasted more than 15 years. This one likely will outlast me! Huge tub capacity. Easy to use.

I previously had an LG washer. The problem with this one is the lid is just one solid piece. The lid is too long and hits into my cabinet. I have to keep a towel on the lid when it’s not in use so that it doesn’t hit the cabinet. This is why I give it a four-star. I previously had a LG that had a bend in the lid. My old LG was only eight years old. It was always going out of balance. I think that is why it only lasted that long. I am hoping this one has made that correction. Also I like that I can fill the washer with more water.
