25 + Day Wait for Parts

It is already broken. Worse, the LG tech informed me that parts are back ordered and it will be 25+ days for the part to arrive. I seriously doubt that LG will have the part in 25 months, much less 25 days. I do not think LG has replacement parts. I want a new washer. I have had GE products for 20 + years and when they did break, the tech arrived within several days and fixed the issue on site...not 25+ days. Also, Best Buy sales folks at the Sawgrass Plantation FL store have an awful attitude. Basically, eventhough they recommended the item and sold it to me, it is not their problem. What gold star customer care, NOT. In summary, when do I get my replacement washer? Waiting a month or more is not acceptable.

Also went from an agitator to no agitator. Clothes still get very clean. We're not fans that the lid locks (seems so silly). Also, depending on the program you choose, you may/may not have control over water level, spin speed, temp etc. Some options are fixed per the program chosen and that's that. Overall, we're very pleased with the washer.

I love the huge washing capacity. The glass top also allows us to see through while the washing cycle is on. I am surprised by the quantity of water it uses and still cleans the clothes perfectly well. I am looking forward to some reduced water bills! I also like that it has a lot of options for washing cycles and that it is wifi connected!
