When we put it to use, the process of giving start took a little bit of a hard time starting. The availability of scheduled cycle for colored clothing and towel is not present. The previous 4.5 cu LG, if you had it. This I see that it operates more efficiently, but it does not remove difficult stains on clothes like the previous one. If it is economical in use of water and electricity. That it meets that requirement very well. Even with this situation I consider it a good purchase versus price.

After an easy leveling adjustment the washer self-balances early in the wash cycle and spins quietly and without vibration at the highest speeds. LG has brought cleaning technology to a new level of effectiveness and efficiency. All controls are easy to understand and employ.

Love this washing machine! It has many setttings and washes the clothes very well.

It has a huge tub, almost too deep to teach in if you are short. It also is a bit strange in selecting the setting, after the whole dial lights up you need to turn it to get basic setting. It washes well and runs a whole lot shorter on cycles than my previous machine. Still haven't figured out how to use the smart functionality. Overall, a good purchase.

Finally getting used to both machines. I find that if I do a big load of towels in the washer,I split it in half and put towels in dryer on SPEED DRY. The towels dry faster and more evenly. I love the fact that I can time my dryer for 10 minutes and take my shirts and tops out. Every other dryer only had a 20 minute drying period, then a buzz. Thank you LG.

The washer is large and very efficient, it gets the clothes very clean.

the washer can fit a ton of clothes but it doesn't seem to wash the clothes as good as a washing machine with an oscillator in it

This washer is a model down from what I have in my main house. It washes just as good and at half the price!

OK so we are supper impressed by how much this thing can hold. King size comforter not a problem.

Picked up at Best Buy, service was great. Installed machine following all LG directions, if I had not been watching the machine I believe it would have ran over in the floor. Called LG and after lengthy service encounter they finally agreed to send local service tech to my home. Service tech was very professional and courteous. The problem was that LG did not connect the water pressure switch. The machine works flawlessly since the 5 minute repair job. Only complaint I have is quality control, this should have been found.
