Love this machine

WOW how things have changed. Love using less water and the different cycles, So far, it is an attractive, quiet, effective cleaning machine. The washer tub is pretty deep. I am 5'9". Shorter people will have some reaching to do to empty the washer drum and may even experience some body stress emptying large heavy loads.

It’s a washer

It’s very big, pretty quiet and plays a pretty nice little tone when it’s finished. But I have found that a couple times already it’s not putting in enough water while putting in the soap. To the point that the top of the clothes aren’t getting wet and for some reason after just a week or so the notifiers only phone are no longer working.

Washer and dryer combo

Really enjoy the app that notifies you when a load is done. I did have a problem with the dryer being added to the app, still haven’t figured it out. But once it’s in the dryer I don’t need a notification. I probably should call the Best Buy help line and get a troubleshot. Overall no complaints about the product.
