This is our first washer in 15 years, so there are a lot of new features. We downloaded the complete manual, but still had some difficulty. For example, there is an option called ‘water plus’. The documentation for this model doesn’t describe that option, but docs for a different model do describe it. Instead, this model’s docs talk about ‘deep fill/ max’, which is similar, but not identical, and is not an option on this model. Once we got that figured out it made a lot more sense.

Had it about a month, so far so good. Much quieter than my previous GE front loader.

We done 3 loads so far. Tried light and heavy(rugs) cycles. Turned out good. The washer seems easy to use.

Wow what a great machine would recommend it to anyone looking for one.... don’t pass it up

A little difficult to reach small items on the bottom of the washer. Makes it easy to wash comforters. Items come out extremely clean.

I needed to replace my washer but didn't want to go shopping during this pandemic - my tech friends recommended LG and I found the Best Buy website enabled me to find the right machine. The precise dimensions and options were clearly spelled out. Delivery was within days and the installers checked everything before leaving. They patiently answered my questions and left an actual manual with me (as opposed to online advice!).

Love my dryer! Having all the extra features to ways to dry is great. It also looks beautiful! My only con is that the dryer has a sensor that shows when it thinks the clothes are dry. Sounds great, but often times my clothes aren’t actually fully dry when the dryer shuts off. Only way to bypass this issue is by setting the dryer to the “speed dry” feature, but it’s still a tad annoying. Overall I do really like this dryer though. Hoping it will last many years!

A really nice basic washer. Does not have as many features as the one replaced, but we did not use most of those old features anyway. The installation by Best Buy was flawless and the technician ensured that everything was working correctly before they left.
