It was available in Home Depot for me to inspect. Service after the sale is important to me. Home Depot does not offer that service. This LG washer has been great and has worked well. Your washer replaced a Kenmore I purchased new in 1998. The technological advances since 1998 were significant and very welcoming.

Good large sized washer for the money

I would have gotten the 5.5 Cu Ft, but it was on back-order. Some of the options are difficult to customize, as they only work with certain cycles. The wifi was neat in the beginning, but the novelty wore out quickly. At times, it seems like there's hardly any water in the drum, but it's designed to operate like that. Clothes still come out clean, so that's all I can ask for.

Love my LG Washer

I opted for the tub without an agitator which is gentler on clothing. I feel like I am lessening the risk of tearing and stretching of the fabric while also doing a good job of cleaning the clothes and other items. I also really like the ability to see what is happening to the load by looking through the clear top.
