Large capacity, easy to use. I love that you can hook it up to the app and a feature within the app allows you to download different cycles to the machine for more options. I live in a condo and my washer and dryer are two flights down in a storage room, so I love that I can get notifications from the app when the load is done! I'm also a fan of the feature that senses the size of the load and adjusts the time of the wash accordingly. I purchased almost 2 months ago, so I've used the washer quite a few times and haven't run into anything weird or quirky.

Took a minute figuring out the setup but has ran flawless since. I also had purchased an open box model and the hose clamp was loose underneath causing some spillage. Tightened up the clamp and all's well. App is extremely easy to use to set alternative cycles you'd like. The presets work fine also. Washer is extremely quiet also, not that is matters much in the laundry room, but sometimes I don't even know its running. Great product.

Did a lot of research before spending money on a new W&D set. Couldn’t be happier. Easy to use, quiet, and handles anything I throw in it.

Highly recommend this LG Washing Machine. We have previously owned LG Washer and Dryer and were very pleased with their product. We recently purchased a home that did not have an LG and really missed our machines. We purchased a new set and are extremely happy to have LG again. The machines are very quiet, gentle on the clothes and the Best Buy installers were fantastic. We purchased at Best Buy so we could add their Geek Squad Service which we have on other items in our home and we are very pleased with their service.

It’s a great washing machine it works really well. You can really pack a lot of stuff in it too. I love having the clear top and the lack of having an agitator really frees up a lot of space inside of it. It’s funny because the overall external size makes you think it’s a smaller/regular size washer until you, see inside that it’s a really big machine. Oh and the self leveling load feature is awesome. I highly recommend this to anyone even if you don’t need a large capacity machine

It’s simple to use and delivers great results. It has great capacity and the spin cycle leaves towels nearly dry!

Haven't tried all the functions yet. Easy to use. Extremely quiet. Clothes come out clean. Love that I can contol it remotely.

Nice voluminous washer! I can’t believe how much room is in this washer! Every time I empty my hamper it looks like I could put in at least two more hamper fulls in there. The washer runs nice and quiet and the stainless smooth finish is gentle on your clothes. The WiFi feature allows you for push notifications when it’s time to transfer to the dryer when it is done washing your clothes via the LG app or if you have an LG TV you will notifications there. So far so good hope this lasts 10 years will wait and see.

Going from side model to top loader and am very pleased. Does a great job cleaning and the Spin cycle leaves clothes drier than prior one. If you are hoping to use the wifi app, good luck, I didn’t have any. I use comcast and you would think lg would put a decent wireless device in the machine (countless attempts, 10 hours wasted and gave up because it will not connect). Love the washer, don’t buy for the tech.

I’m very pleased with this machine. Had a Maytag Bravos XL for about 8 years and never liked it. It was noisy and tore up towels and clothes. Took forever to do a load. This L G is a pleasure. It’s quiet, has many wash options, water levels and does a good job on even just the normal wash. If you’re looking for a good washer around the thousand dollar price this is a very good choice.

We bought this washer to replace a Kenmore Elite that served us well for 12 years. This LG is the updated version of our old washer. We really liked the no agitator feature since it effectively cleans but does it without beating things up. It's quiet and lest you know when the load is done. Stainless tub won't rust so you never have to worry about rust stains. Well-built, reliable and reasonably priced. Really like that you can purchase and get delivery in a 4 day span.

Our old washer sounded like it was dying. This is so quiet and does an outstanding wash! I really love the fact that it tells the dryer what cycles it used to wash the clothes and the dryer uses that to take a guess at what settings it should use when the clothes get transferred. It is so automated. All it needs to be perfect is to be able to move the washed clothes into the dryer! OMG! Just do it already.

I've had my washer for about 5 months now and have been very happy. I replaced a 21-year-old Kenmore and was unsure about LG's quality. But the model is sturdy and the tub is quite large. I'm finally able to wash my car cover at home and avoid the laundromat hassle and expense. I love the glass door so I can see how it works, and the clothes come out great, even without a center agitator. I also got a great rebate from CA's water conservation program.

This is my first app / smart washer. I’m finding it surprisingly easy to use. It was installed by Best Buy in a jiffy and ready to go. It holds a huge load of sheets and towels but does just as well with small loads. I get a text on my phone when the wash is done so I don’t have to keep checking. Best thing is that with one dial turn the washer figures out just how long and at what temperature to clean everything. It’s actually fun to watch

I was skeptical of a top loader’s ability to clean and operate as well as a front loader. But I’m happy to report it performs very well in comparison. The tub is large enough to hold large bedding items. At the beginning of each cycle it goes through a process of positioning the items being washed so the load is balanced before the cycle begins. The see through lid allows me to view what’s happening inside the washer at any time.

I bought a new washer and dryer set for my Florida home late last year and did extensive research before I selected this washing machine and its matching dryer. I primarily wanted 3 things in a washer: top loaded, no agitator and at least 5.0 cubic feet. I love the pair I purchased at my other home so when I needed a washer only in Michigan all I had to do was price check. Best Buy matched a lower price then honored a further reduction when I went on sale after my purchase. Excellent choice.

This machine is very high capacity cleans clothes very well. Its very quite as well. Very happy with this purchase.

Many options. Large capacity. Easy to reach down to the bottom for all the clothes. No agitator for clothes to get tangled on.
