My only complaint and it's not really a complaint is how deep the basket is. Makes it hard for a short person (5'1'') to reach clothes without getting on my tip toes, but like I said, not a big deal.

LG has a cycle for adding extra water that takes care of the issue, If after reading all these concerns that is your only issue, forget it it's fake news. For me it's a great washer.

I have a tendency to overload and all my clothes got wet in the end without changing the auto sensing. I'm getting used to not using an agitator but so far it seems to work. I haven't noticed any lingering smells after washing.

They were honest, patient, & went above & beyond to make sure I left happy & pleased. Seen Xavier yesterday he remembered me & had the same pleasant smile and respect. They made me want to come back to do more business. Hoping to get 3 tvs tomorrow.
