Clothes were so clean and I loved it until the lid locked shut at 3 years. I called Samsung with absolutely no help from them, there are no service techs in and around Lansing that work on them. I you tubed and I read the manual on how to unlock the lid and nothing worked. I drained the tub and it now sits with a load of laundry. I would not recommend this washing machine. I should have kept my 25 year old whirlpool.

Technician recommended the LG with clear top. Works 10 times faster than old one. Didn’t think the Wi-Fi would be useful, but kind of cool to be notified when it’s done. So far, so good. Also purchased 5 year warranty. Recommend the LG. Great washer so far!
