Best Buy came and swapped it out for a new one. So far so good! Just wish you can know the quick cycle time prior to starting a load and waiting for it to assess the load. and make sure you hold the start button until it locks or the load will not start.

The washer does not have the center post so we are still learning the ends and out of the washer's operations. Some items on small loads have caused and the spin cycle to go out of balance. But we are learning and hopefully is not an issue in the future.

My wife likes the washer to fill to the top and this one does not. It has a setting to allow more water and she likes that. This washer we got has the impeller and it seems to wash the clothes just as good as a agitator.

It conserves water and it is Energy Star rated. It works and is quiet. There is nothing I don't like about it.
