Great washer but unbalanced easily

My only real complaint is it seems to get unbalanced very easily, and if it does will not spin dry, leaving your clothes sopping wet. It never happened with all the washers I've owned, so I'm pretty sure it's just a peculiarity with this one. If you load it carefully there's no problem.

LG washer and dryer

I had pants that I was letting air dry but when I tried drying them for a few minutes, it kept stopping and turning off. I just want to be able to set the timer myself and I haven’t been able to figure that out or know if that’s possible or not.

Love how deep it is and its capacity. Washes clothes great whether the load is large or small.

My best Washing Machine ever!

Best Buy employees helped load into my car. Fantastic people. I replaced existing LG washing machine and moved old washer to the basement for rugs and other stuff. This new washer is quiet and everything works fantastic. Not disappointed and highly recommend based on price and size.

She has minor complaints but I think it is more from the stand point that it is more complicated than necessary. If you simply use it without trying to set up these "fancy" options than it works just like an older model would work - efficient.
